The loft bedroom/sitting room is accessible via stairs, these are quite steep as is typical of an old property of this type, but might make it difficult for less able guests.
The house is nicely appointed and accurate to the listing description. You are overlooking the beach, and you will get the afternoon/evening sun through the upstairs windows. You have a parking space at the front.
Bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. Plenty of hot water, and good water pressure from the shower.
My husband and I found the only thing we missed was a little garden. We did take the outdoor chairs and table out to the front of the cottage but although the planting was beautiful, there wasn’t too much space. We found taking drinks out onto the public lawn area which overlooks the beach a better solution, there were quite a few dogs up there enjoying their holiday too.
Thank you for your review. It is an old house and the immediate outside sitting area is small, but the views from the green immediately opposite are wonderful. During the summer, dogs are allowed on the nearer beach, but not on the opposite beach. We hope you may return one day.
