Inside, be welcomed into the spacious kitchen/diner with a contemporary finish, integrated appliances, and plenty of storage space to keep your home-cooking essentials.

Gather your family at the dining table for six with industrial-style lighting and a dark blue feature wall, an elegant space for both casual dinners and special occasions.

When it's time to relax, let the washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher do all the hard work, whilst you retire to the sitting room.

Completing the property, the first floor hosts the family bathroom, finished to a high standard, with bath and shower over to suit all guests.

There are also three bedrooms, a king-size, double, and 4' double, each thoughtfully furnished with bedside lamps, storage space, and artwork.

Pack your walking boots for a range of scenic hill walks and hikes, along with fabulous attractions such as the National Showcaves Centre for Wales and Sgwd Yr Eira Waterfall.

Spend the day exploring Llandeilo where you can wander small galleries, stop for lunch at The Angel pub, and explore the National Trust's Dinefwr, home to a 12th-century castle, woods, and ancient church.

The market town of Neath is also worth a visit for the ruins of Neath Castle and Abbey, Gnoll Country Park with panoramic views and limestone grottos, and hikes to the top of Mynydd Drumau.
