“We had a most enjoyable time at Burry House.”

It was beautifully furnished. The hot tub was a luxury bonus. Spectacular views & sunsets from the dining room and the Master bedroom. 20 mins drive to Swansea, the Mumbles & Gower, though some roads were rather narrow with blind bends, so had to be cautious. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped but could have done with some serving dishes. Recycling bins were provided but more precise information on recycling would have been useful. We had problems ...

We had problems with the hob which tripped the electricity and had to contact the owners to locate the circuit breakers which were in a locked cupboard in order to reset. Also, there were no wardrobes in 3 of the bedrooms but there was adequate drawer space. Personally, I bring clothes on hangers so I can put them straight into the wardrobe on arrival. Overall, we had a lovely stay and were sad to leave and would recommend to friends as it was in a stunning location.

We’re delighted to hear you had such an enjoyable stay at Burry House and that you were able to make the most of the views, sunsets, comfortable beds and hot tub. We also really appreciate your constructive feedback. We will certainly look at adding additional serving dishes, providing clearer recycling information and improved guidance regarding the circuit breakers to make things easier for future guests. Your comments regarding wardrobe space are also very helpful and appreciated. It was a pleasure hosting you and we’re so pleased you would recommend Burry House to friends.
