What guests are saying
Lovely house very nicely furnished living accommodation.
Excellent bathrooms and showers. Beds were comfortable. However the wooden bed frame and bed head in the main room needs changing as every time you moved it creaked and squeeked. Thus a poor night's sleep was had all week. Also the glass roof still leaks and although a large bowl is provided to catch the leaks it means that the table cannot be used fully. As the weather was poor we were not able to use the table for board games etc. The garden was nice although insufficient cushions for 3 people for the furniture. Sean the caretaker was excellent and was able to help us with any queries.
A fantastic property with a lovely outlook, lovely to see all the birds and animals.
Very well, and thoughtfully, equipped. Really minor maintenance items that would improve it further are: repairing the coat rack in the lobby area (deeper holes with longer screws?); and sorting the extension lead near the television that would only power a plug if positioned just right! However. these are really small matters in the context of the overall comfort.
Excellent accommodation, kitchen well equipped, Sean the on site caretaker was very helpful and accommodating.
Cottage in a very quiet location ideal for exploring the area.
