Wow, what a lovely place.

Comfort and space aplenty. I went with 6 other adults, we cooked everyday as the kitchen had everything we needed. Paul the host was very friendly and make sure we were ok. Spacious living room and we watched films like we were at the cinema. All in all one of the.best places I've stayed. Would be great for Families as well as the cinema screen there are a wide selection of wii, x box and PlayStation games and the consoles. There is also a large field were you can sunbathe, play games etc . I really can't praise this property enough. Would definitely go back.

Accommadtion had everything you need.

We had a lovely Christmas there and the place was decorated for the season. The projector screen was great for film nights and sport. The stay was topped off by the host who was a very nice man and at hand if you needed him.

The property was well equipped, warm and comfortable. The home made bread, milk & eggs provided for our arrival were much appreciated. The cottage is perfect for a stay in a beautiful rural setting. There are plenty of wonderful outdoor activities in the area.

This place was bueatiful it was clean and relaxing and comfortable the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome which we did and we would love to thank him so much definitely will be returning

Beautiful place to spend your holidays, lovely large cottage, equipped with everything you could possibly need, with an added bonus of a large field just across from your door for family games of cricket or rounders or just to sit and appreciate the gorgeous view and silence.

Great hosts, friendly and informative, the local chippy (Lloyd’s) was the best fish and chips we’d ever had! We had a fantastic holiday, highly recommend

It’s a bit out the way for everything but a lovely welcome from the owners the house was really comfortable and if you just wants quiet week away I would recommend

A lovely holiday home, with everything we needed.

The house was clean and had everything for a great stay. Host was close by, had left a basket of goodies for our arrival and popped in to check everything was ok and gave us a freshly baked loaf. Close to Lampeter, as we were visiting family at The Mulberry Bush shop/cafe. Ideal for a day trip to New Quay, where we went out on a boat and saw dolphins. We would definitely recommend and we will book again for a visit next year hopefully.

Our stay at the Fisher Granary for New Year was nothing short of magical!

From the moment we arrived, Paul, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome with his warm hospitality. The homemade bread and thoughtful welcome hamper were delightful touches that truly set the tone for our stay. The cottage itself was absolutely perfect—equipped with everything we needed, it felt like a true home away from home. The entire place was spotless, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to return. Highly recommend the Fisher Granary for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Lovely property a real home from home.

Owner on hand was attentive but not at all intrusive. Great welcome pack. Projector and consoles a nice bonus. Not too far from amenities and only 25 mins to the coast.

Loverly cottage the owner was a lovley man very helpfull in every way just a couple of small problems no rail at the top of the stairs dangerous for older people like us and no mirror over the dressing table for the ladies to do there makup the owner has been told of this but overall a lovely place

What a gem!

We were welcomed to the cottage by the owner Paul who had left us an amazing starter pack (thankyou!). The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was very well equipped, comfortable and catered for the whole family - plenty of games options to keep everyone entertained. A great location to explore South West Wales.

We had the most amazing time!

The cottage was literally the home away from home. Paul was so welcoming and friendly. The homemade bread provided by Paul was simply delish.

Paul is so humble and with good nature. He guided very well is for explore to near by places. He also provided us complimentary milk, eggs, breads, cake, cookies, tea coffee and chocolates. House is too Clean and location is also mind blowing.

The Host Paul was very welcoming and hospitable and made us very comfortable from the onset. Had a very relaxing time with my family. We will definitely be visiting again. Until next time!

The surrounding countryside was gorgeous. The house was very clean and well equipped. Paul, the owner was very welcoming and available as needed. The welcome basket was brilliant and very thoughtful. Beautiful house in lovely quiet surroundings paul the owner made us feel really welcome lovely welcome pack with home made bread eggs milk and cake paul also bought a birthday cake wen he found out the children had a birthday

We had a nice welcome by the host and there was also a welcome package for us in the kitchen including milk, eggs and delicious bread.

We really enjoy our stay and the house was really spacious for our family of seven. Kids also enjoyed playing some games outside.

We all had a lovely time at Fisher Granary and found the cottage to be spacious and clean and in a very peaceful setting.

The big screen was great for watching movies and the welcome basket was very generous, we all loved Paul’s homemade bread. The host Paul couldn’t have been more welcoming and was on hand if we needed him. We all had a fabulous week.

What a fantastic weekend we have had at Fisher Granary.

So much so that we looked to book again whilst we were there. Family of 7. Kids range from 7 to 20 and all were happy. Property is clean, good size. Owners property is opposite so any questions or problems are sorted in a flash without them being imposing. Kids loved the wii, ps and xbox as downtime after full days out. Huge garden was fantastic. Views are stunning. Picnic bench was perfect for outdoor breakfast and evening drink soaking up the sun. Welcome basket was well thought out. Paul and Debbie are welcoming and easy to talk to. Mycroft the owners dog is the most gorgeous boy ever and you'll totally fall in love with him. Ideal location for beaches and places to visit. Cannot wait to return.

We had a lovely stay.

A really nice space for a group of 4 adults and 4 children. The host was really welcoming and the entertainment such as the consoles and board games went down really well! Great location with good sized supermarkets and town nearby and within short drives to lovely seaside and scenery. Thank you very much - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in.

Stayed for 3 weeks on lodge with work, was ideal as very spacious and all of us had our own room with double beds.

The parking was great as we had 4 vehicles and the landlord really looked after us knowing we were working long days. Absolutely wonderful hospitality.

This is a beautiful cottage and lived up to my expectations.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a lovely welcome tray (tea, coffee etc. including a freshly baked loaf of bread). Paul, the owner, was friendly and very welcoming. Thank you to Paul's wife for freshly baked scones, mid-week too. The cottage was lovely, clean and spacious. The living room was cosy, the sofas were great to relax on and watch films on the cinema screen. The beds were very comfortable. A really peaceful and quiet location. Enjoyed a really relaxing holiday at Fisher Granary. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Cottage was perfect for where we wanted to get to. Owner was friendly and welcoming and left us an excellent welcome pack. Everything was in the cottage that we needed and more . All in excellent condition. A real home from home. Everything had been well thought of. Would 100% stay again - would like a little longer break next time !

Just amazing!

! From the second we arrived to the second we left nothing was too much trouble for Paul the owner. We arrived to an incredible welcome pack and received a hearty tray of scones in the middle of the week. The property is just wonderful, the area beautiful and every single one of us had an awesome holiday. Thank you Paul and thank you Sykes.

Excellent holiday.

The cottage was well provided and cared for. There was a lovely welcome package and mid-week a drop off of lovely homemade scones. The owner was very helpful and kind. Lovely quiet place to stay. Rooms were well provisioned and there is a small field for children to play on (not to mention three flavours of games consoles). The large projector and comfy sofas made for a few cinema nights. Kitchen provided all we needed for meals and cleaning.

Amazing stay in a comfortable home from home with everything you could wish for, and more, in a holiday cottage.

The host is really welcoming and friendly. The arrival pack was spot on as it meant we could enjoy a cuppa with some toast in the morning owing to our late arrival the night before. The home baked goodies were a real treat and delicious!

The welcome pack was one of the most generous we have had with thoughtful choices by the owner (local welsh products and homemade bread) We had a peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful home in fantastic surroundings. The owner has given attention to detail which I thought was excellent and was a super friendly person. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fabulous few nights at Fisher Granary, the house was excatly as described, it was clean, comfortable and had more than enough space to accommodate all 7 of us.

The owners could not have done anymore than they did. Paul was very friendly, very welcoming, very helpful and even arranged for the children to go and see calfs being fed, and to look at the lambs. We could stroke them all too! The hamper of goodies they left for us was amazing ( the best we have ever had ) especially the freshly homemade bread

We have stayed at Fisher Granary for a number of months whilst working on a project in Lampeter.

The house is incredible and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Paul and Debbie the owners have just been truly amazing and their hospitality has gone above and beyond. We cannot thank them enough and the only negative will be when the project finishes and we have to leave.

The most friendly and hospitable cottage we, as an annual get-together group, have experienced in almost 20 years.

The hospitality of Paul, the owner was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was just perfect. We celebrated what would have been our daughters prom there and were gifted with the most delicious scones, cream and cakes along with outside lights to make the evening extra special. From arrival we were greeted by the host who was friendly approachable and made us feel safe. The cottage has everything you need for a break away and to help you feel relaxed. A great location within easy reach of several other areas. We cannot thank our hosts enough. They were great for recommendations in the local area and always near by in case we needed something (we didn't because the cottage has everything you need and more). We are looking forward to booking again in the new year.

Came home midweek to a home made cream tea. Lovely property, plenty of room, and beautifully clean. Peaceful and quiet yet not far from the local town, supermarket and takeaways. Will be our preferred choice of holiday let when we next visiting Wales.

Facilities are superb, everything you need including games, consoles and huge projector screen for the nights in.

Couldn't fault a single thing.

Had a lovely surprise when we arrived to a selection of goodies for both the adults and children to enjoy. Cottage was spotless and had every electrical gadget going from wii, Xbox and cinema screen. Certainly helped entertain the children as weather wasn’t great. Had a great stay would highly recommend.

On arrival we had homemade bread, milk, eggs, tea, coffee, cereal and other treats provided by the owners. The cottage is set in a really quiet area & the children loved to explore & play on the field. The use of the Wii also kept the children entertained when the weather wasn’t great. Thanks again.

We have stayed in many many cottages/Hotels over the years but this was the best equipped to keep your children occupied should the need arise. We had a great stay.

It's the personal touches that make you remember somewhere though and owner, Paul, clearly knows this. From the greeting on arrival, the welcome pack of essentials (milk, tea, cake and wine included), to the soft toys for our 2 year old granddaughter, Paul made is feel more like friends than guests. Brillant board games and electronic entertainment which kept the whole family happy. Red kites can be seen from your windows and maybe even the odd otter! Lovely relaxed couple who own the house and a super base to explore beautiful Wales. We will definitely be returning.

It was warm and cosy, with lots to keep the children entertained. The beds were really comfy and we slept very well.
