“The chalet had not been cleaned when we arrived, so we didn't get access until 8.”

30pm after an emergency cleaner had been. I'm still waiting on some kind of response/ compensation on this from Sykes or the chalet owners. We tried the owners number several times, never has anyone got back to us. Really spoiled the start of our holiday. Otherwise a great site and a comfortable chalet (once clean)
