    “The property was every bit as good as we hoped it would be.”

    .. very homely and nicely furnished throughout but with the extra touches that make a huge difference, such as the tumble drier which came in extremely handy after a wet autumnal day sightseeing, and the sky glass tv for the relaxing cosy nights in front of the log burner... perfect. 'Dolly' has been renovated to a very high standard and the whole family (ranging from 91 - 4) really enjoyed our stay... great value for money. The communication from (Rich) the owner, was unobtrusive yet ...

DINAS CROSS

Newport 2.5 miles.

The scattered village of Dinas Cross has a well stocked mini market store and a pub, and nestles between the Preseli Mountains and the wonderful Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Pwll Gwaelod and Cwm-Yr-Eglwys beaches are both minutes away, both with breathtaking scenery offering the opportunity for tranquil days in perfect settings, and are almost unnoticed by the general public unless they leave the main route through the village, with there being a petrol station, two pubs a fish and chip shop, as well as a restaurant down at Pwll Gwaelod beach. Nearby Newport is a quirky seaside town steeped in history, with various shops, tea rooms and pubs and is also a great place to go boating. With castles, mills, craft centres and golf courses galore scattered all over this beautiful Welsh county, this is the perfect base for a break all year round.
