“The property appeared very nice on arrival, but there was a severe sewage stench at the front door entrance area, during the entire stay, preventing the use of the front lounge windows, during the hot spell we opened the front windows to be greeted with a severe stench of raw sewage, also both locking mechanisms are broken and you had to turn the handles sideways to hold the windows shut, Not Secure.”

When we tried the TV in the master bedroom it was not working and eventually, we managed to get it to work and it was all displaying a foreign language, after several people tried to sort it, over a couple of days, it did evenbtually work. it continually had sub titles on the display, so we ended up using our I pads. having booked for 10 days we left early as we found out later that the washing machine had been removed and there was no facilities to carry out washing on site, very little ...

When we tried the TV in the master bedroom it was not working and eventually, we managed to get it to work and it was all displaying a foreign language, after several people tried to sort it, over a couple of days, it did evenbtually work. it continually had sub titles on the display, so we ended up using our I pads. having booked for 10 days we left early as we found out later that the washing machine had been removed and there was no facilities to carry out washing on site, very little information on anything. Had we brought the grand children with us the lack of a basic washing machine wouuld have been even more of a problem. The front door handles springs were gone with the the handles dropped, Several windows glass were misted, there was a water leak in the on-suite that we initially repaired, the basin trap was loose and had been leaking for some time, the shelves were saturated, but there was also another leak somewhere at the rear of the vanity unit, leaking onto the floor on the entrance side of the vanity unit. Reported to the garage staff. We found a dirty pair of boxers under our bed after dropping a coin on the floor and going to retrieve it we found the dirty boxers, disgusting?? The settee is the most uncomfortable item weve ever attempted to sit on, for most of the stay we sat at the table and a beach chair which were more confurtable. We had multiple power cuts on one evening, luckily Ryan was on site and chased the reason for the problem and up-dated us. the wife went to cook and found the roasting trays rusted unable to use them. We could not find an inventory as we noted cutlery appeared to be also missing. A proper welcome pack would have made the stay more helpful, with books for appliances. Initially the hob wasnt working but found this to be a MCB out. So for a short stay only recommended due to the lack of washing facilities and the extremely uncomfortable settee.
