Ty Tylluan

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We are delighted you had such a nice holiday at Tŷ Tylluan and made such good use of the space and garden. It was a pleasure having you to stay, and we would love to welcome you back any time.

Apologies for the belated response. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at the barn, and thank you for taking the time to provide such helpful feedback. The potholes on the lanes approaching the property have been recently repaired. The twin beds in the fourth bedroom are zip-link beds, which are slightly narrower than standard single beds when separated. They can also be joined to form a king-size bed, which we are always happy to arrange before arrival on request. Thank you also for your comments about the seating. Although there are two large chaise sofas across the two reception rooms, we appreciate that the main lounge sofa, although large, cannot accommodate all seven guests. We carefully considered adding further seating but wanted to preserve the room’s sense of space and view. Nevertheless, we will certainly bear your feedback in mind. We are pleased that you enjoyed the kitchen, outside space and other bedrooms. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay at the barn.

We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed yourselves at the barn Paul. Thank you so much for the feedback and hope you will come back again one day!

Thank you very much for your feedback on the barn. We are really sorry that there were some issues with the heating during your stay. The temperature dropped more suddenly than usual, and we eventually realised that the boiler had not yet been switched into winter mode. As the barn is not always occupied, the Hive thermostats help us to adjust the schedule and switch the system off when it is vacant to avoid wasting energy. We would not normally change the settings once guests have arrived, as we are very conscious this could feel intrusive. This was the first time we have had to intervene in this way, and we are sorry for any inconvenience it caused. We are also sorry that bath sheets were not put out for you. They are always meant to be provided, and the cleaners should have placed them in the bathrooms. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can make sure this is done correctly in future. Finally, may we ask if you felt there was anything in the listing that did not quite match your experience? If so, we would be grateful to feed this back to Sykes so the listing can be improved for future guests.
