    “Dirty house.”

    The following were dirty- pillowcase, toilet, airfryer, kettle, oven, dishwasher, sockets and plugs, bathroom blind, cutlery drawer. Hairs in the bath. Dead plants outside. Placemats were worn and grubby. The list is endless. I mentioned some of the above to the owner, but she didn’t apologise or comment. She has refused to give us a partial refund. We paid £1,070 for a week in a dirty house, without an apology or even acknowledging the state of the house. I would not reccommend this ...

The property

A lovely little cottage tucked away into the village of Crymych, a cosy retreat decorated to a high standard, with a light and airy interior, perfect to come home to after a fabulous day of exploring the countryside and beyond.

Ideal for couples or a small family, there is much to appreciate in this wonderful location, from the coastal walks to the abundance of tea rooms and unique shops.

Arrive into the open-plan lounge, home to an inglenook fireplace, a lovely kitchen, and a seating area so you can sit back and admire the beautiful layout.

Stairs lead up to a family bathroom, refurbished with modern features, so you and your loved ones can get ready in style from one day to the next.

A glimpse of the countryside from the window creates a nice backdrop to the room.

Two bedrooms promise a good nights sleep; a double, and a bunk room, each overlooked by characterful ceilings, and warmly designed to ensure an all-round memorable stay.

The enclosed garden is the place to be when the sun is shining with its raised seating area and a pleasant view of the fields to admire with a refreshing drink.

The village itself has a good choice of local shops, a mini supermarket, a bakery, a pub serving food, and much more.

The Iron Age fort of Castell Henllys is nearby, providing a great day out for all the family, whilst there are a number of walks and cycle trails to explore along the famous coastal path.

A wonderful cottage in a homely part of Pembrokeshire.

The village of Crymych is found in the rambling Pembrokeshire countryside, close to the fabulous Preseli Hills where sheep and wild ponies range. The village itself has a good choice of local shops, a mini supermarket, butchers, bakers, garage, pub, chemist, fish & chip shop, hairdressers, Post Office and many more! The town of Newport, is just a short drive away, which has a convenience store, butchers, chemist, wholefood store, gift shops, tourist information and much more.
