An extremely well appointed accommodation.

Everything you could possibly want is provided. Bed was really comfortable and plenty warm enough in January. Made a change for us to have NO squeaking floorboards. Friendly neighbours who made us feel welcome in the pub too.

A lovely clean and comfortable property with everything a family would need (games, books, tvs), situated in a lovely little hamlet yet centrally located for amenities and tourist destinations.

Everything one could wish for was provided and lead to a wonderful weeks break. The pub only being 30 seconds walk was excellent but required some self control. One can only praise the owners for their efforts and thought in providing such a welcoming, homely and comfortable property.

Clean, fresh and extremely well equipped. We’ve been visiting Pembrokeshire for nearly ten years and have stayed in various areas and many self catering properties - this one of the best. The location is perfect for getting straight on the road and head in to nearby Tenby or Pembroke and has a pub, shop and fish & chip shop literally 25 metres away from the front door. We would very highly recommend this cottage.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week in April.

The house was perfect for us and Cath the owner was wonderful. She sent me all the information we needed about our stay, plus many suggestions of places to visit and walks. The house was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. The added bonus of being situated by the village pub, park and the fish and chips shop and snack shack opposite the house (none of which caused us problems). The owner of the snack shack even brought us a free loaf of bread to our door. I can't rate this house highly enough.

We really appreciated the kindness of the owners and the detailed instructions they provided.

Accommodation was very well equipped and a pleasure to stay in. The coastline is just beautiful!

Well equiped holiday home.

For 6 people it would be rather narrow in the kitchen, but 4 persosn very good. As there is NO downstairs toilet, it would also be difficult for 6 people staying for more than a day or so.

We enjoyed a great week in a very comfortable and well equipped property, We really enjoyed the tiered back garden.

The closeness of the pub, chippy and sandwich bar was a bonus. It was only a short 15 /20 minute drive to some lovely beaches. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to return.

A lovely house with every home comfort you might need.

Beds, in particular were excellent, and enabled a great night's sleep. Beaches, countryside walks, castles, quaint towns and villages were all easily accessible. The local chippy is well worth a visit, and the pub literally across the road great for an early evening drink. Cath, the owner, was on hand both before and throughout our stay to answer questions and provide advice and recommendations. She could not have been friendlier or more helpful. So, a wonderful stay in every respect - and we even had great weather. We will definitely be back!

Lovely property in great location close to most of Pembrokeshire coast and plenty of other things to do pub close but not a problem chip shop across the road.

Property it self is spacious and comfortable there were five of us and a baby and had plenty of room

The cottage was great (there were 2 couples in our party) and plenty of space and all the facilities we needed.

Good central location to get to a number of places, Tenby, Pembroke Castle and the various beaches on the south coast. Freshwater West, Broad Haven and Presipe Bay are all worth a visit. Great fish and chips from across the road, and the Carew Inn, a 10 min easy walk, did very good pub food.

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Even down to there being spare buckets and spades for the children to take to the beach. The house is beautiful, it’s in a great location and the owners were really friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us!

As a family of 5 of us we absolutely loved this place.

Had everything you wanted in a holiday let. Even though the weather wasn't the best there were things to keep us entertained in the cottage so it made the Easter break a memorable one. Will definitely be using this place again if we come down to South Wales...:o)

The cottage was so comfortable and the owners couldn’t do enough for us giving us so much information about the area and places to visit.

The Old Bakery is a lovely cottage conveniently located for visiting the area.

It is well furnished and the beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge freezer. The garden and patio area are lovely, but the are a few steps to these. The chip shop opposite is great and very convenient. Had a great holiday there.

The house has a really homely feel and has all the equipment you would need and the beds are super comfy! We would definitely like to do a return visit in the future.

It really is as gorgeous as the photographs . The house is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. It is in a great location for visiting Pembrokeshire’s tourist spots ( Tenby, Saundersfoot, St David’s and Pembroke. There are castles galore nearby. Cath was so helpful, and kindly emailed us a list of nearby walks, places to visit and some recommendations for pubs/ places to eat. Her local knowledge was so useful. The village has a good fish and chip shop, pub and fresh milk dispenser. The recommended Carew Inn was fabulous , and we had fun exploring the castle nearby. Thank you for a lovely week in your gorgeous house, we will be back again to explore some more !!

Perfectly placed to access a wide variety of days out and activities near and in Tenby and Pembroke. Cottage was well equipped, beautifully presented and really comfortable. Plenty of space and useful amenities - the big fridge freezer was a plus for us, as well as the efficient washing machine and a bath big enough for 3 small children. Thank you!

Everything we needed was available. The house was clean and comfortable and there were even extras, such as chairs and windbreakers that we could take to the beach with us. The owners were friendly and helpful. We would definitely go there again.

The old bakery was absolutely lovely to stay at it was like home from home it had everything you could possibly want and a big added bonus was a comfy bed and a sofa I didn't have to fight to get out of.

It was also an ideal to travel to Tenby and Saundersfoot, there's also a castle just a mile away worth a visit and all the coastline round that area is fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

The Old Bakery is a spacious and very comfortable house.

We found the beds super - comfy! We appreciated the fact that this holiday home is very well ( and attractively) fitted out. We enjoyed our fish and chips from the shop just opposite the house and were pleased to find a good range of supermarkets very handy too at Pembroke Dock. We did not try the recently opened pub close to us - they were not apparently offering food at that time. Despite being near a main road and opposite the takeaway, the location is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all. It's worth knowing that as the building is old, its doorways are rather low - a few bumped heads for the taller people at the start of the week.

Superb place, full of charm, excellent location (even comes with high quality fish & chip shop practically en-suite!

) with kind and thoughtful owners - couldn't recommend more and can't thank enough.

Would just like to say that we stayed for 4 weeks and the property was exactly what we was looking for, loved it and the hosts were fantastic, would love to go back.
