“The house provides a good base to explore Pembrokeshire and the rear secured garden was great for our dogs.”

Our stay was ok, but the house is in need of some investment and improvements, such as better insulation, especially when guests are restricted on increasing the temperature as it is set at 19degrees and all radiators’ thermostat are taped to stop you from changing the temperature. Our stay was ok, but the house is in need of some investment and improvements, such as better insulation, especially when guests are restricted on increasing the temperature as it is set at 19degrees and all radiators’ thermostat are taped to stop you from changing the temperature. The house felt quite cold and we had to keep the electric fires on at all time, which defeats the point of saving money as electric heating cost a lot more than gas heating. We did contact the owner to ask if the temperature could be increased and she said that it is on a timer and comes on 3 times a day. She did reach out 2hrs after our initial call and offered to increase the temperature at which point the electric fire did warm the living room. New and comfortable furniture recommended; such as sofas in living room, new bed in front double bedroom as the existing one was uncomfortable. The shower pressure was awful and dripped constantly. New carpet to be fitted. Downstairs toilet does have a sink, which is unhygienic. The house could also be cleaner such as rubbish in draws to be emptied, there are automatic scented spray all over the house, presumably to mask the smell of damp.

Thankyou for your feedback. We are in the middle of renovations as it is our quite time of year. We've recently had replastering completed, fresh paint. The carpet is brand new however due to damage we have had to replace one room already. The beds are all silent night beds that are not old, don't normally get any bad feedback on these but will take that on board. I offered to come down and increase the temperature for you, didn't get any complaints throughout December about heat but will take this on board. The air Freshers are to keep the house smelling nice as it is dog friendly and even though smoking is band we often get people breaking this rule. We have shower replacement booked on for early this year we haven't had a large enough gap to replace this yet. Downstairs toilet doesn't have a sink but it's very tight on space and the kitchen is just round the corner. The house was cleaned the same day you arrived and I checked it before you arrived. Many thanks Kelly Property Owner
