“Great stay at little haven retreat (the waves lodge).”

Complex was well maintained and had toilet and shower facilities which we didn't have to use. Brilliant hot tub which was checked daily. Loved going down to little haven and broadhaven only a 5min drive. Amazing views plenty of places to eat. Highly recommend the swan inn in little haven. Theres a londis shop in broadhaven which supply's anything you need if you forget to take any of your shopping list. We have an EV car there is a charge point in little haven or failing that milfordhaven ...

“Had an amazing time!”

The lodge was clean, comfortable and cosy. The hot tub was always heated properly and the surrounding area was beautiful. Had a lovely and relaxing time. The staff were all helpful and made our first visit to Pembrokeshire even better.

“Lovely spacious property.”

Very clean & had added extras such as tea, coffee etc. The hot tub was lovely with a spectacular views. The site had a small enclosed area to take the dogs, which was great. The staff were all friendly. What more could we ask for.

“We had a lovely holiday.”

There was plenty to do and visit despite the weather. Some breathtaking views if you drive around. The Lodge was nice and warm and very comfortable. The hot tub was a bonus. The one dry sunny day we had I spent most of the evening in it. Some say the double bed was uncomfortable but we slept like logs. 1 week is not enough !

“Property lovely and clean.”

Beds a little uncomfortable but that’s what you get in a caravan. Hot tub nice. Very out the way of everything and no shop near to get any basics. Not a lot to do but great if you just want to relax and have a good book. People on site very friendly especially, Ian!

Many thanks for taking the time to write your review. The Waves is a lovely Holiday Home, with great views, and is very popular despite this only being its second season to be sublet. We are sorry to hear that you found the beds a little uncomfortable, but as you have stated, Waves is a static caravan. The Waves offers our guests a slightly lower level of luxury as compared to our other Lodges in the Ocean portfolio. As stated on the website, we have a small shop on site that sells a selection of snacks and drinks in the peak season, but Haverfordwest is only 7 miles away, which as a large town has all the major superstores and the nearest shop is on the beachfront at Broad Haven, just under three miles away! We are a Retreat, and one of the main reasons our guests select our Park is for the tranquility, peace and quiet.....and an ideal place to to just relax, if so desired. However, we are very centrally located, with St Davids, Tenby and the Preselli Mountains about 45 mins drive away. We have Skomer island with its magical puffins and wild life within half and hour, plenty of activities available for the watersports enthusiast , and hikers will love the magnificent Pembrokeshire Coastpath. Our guest families love the safe Blue flag beaches that are close by, the Folly Farm animal park and for a great fun day out and an adrenalin rush, a visit to Oakwood Park is a must! We are a small family run business, and we always are happy to be of assistance. Property Owner

“Absolutely fantastic stay, amazing and friendly staff.”

Facilities were well kept and all of a high standard. We stayed in the waves lodge it was exceptionally well kept and tidy when we arrived and the hot tub was absolutely fantastic along with the view of the country side and the beach, will definitely be coming back.

“Every thing brilliant about the lodge and views were a sheer beauty from sitting on decking and fab hot tub.”

.Appreciated the extras towels,codiments, washing up liquid and hand soaps etc.Thank you! Main mattress a little bit uncomfortable at times we could feel the springs.which was a shame as every thing i understand was new.Overall absolutely fabulous lodge.I loved the bath mats ive since bought them for my home to remind me what a lovely stay i had.

“Little Haven Retreat is a fantastic site and perfect if you want you get away from all the hussle and bustle of modern life.”

The Waves is a fabulous modern property that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was vey clean on arrival and with all bedding and towels supplied this ws sonething else we didnt need to worry about. Having two teenagers in tow having WiFi was a must and it never let them down at all. The private hot tub was a big hit, with both of them taking full advantage of it everyday throughout our stay. The site is in a great location not far from some beautiful beaches and coastal walks and only a 15 minute drive into Haverfordwest where you will find everything you need to stock up on essentials as well as some local delicacies. All in all a fantastic holiday was had by all and we will be booking again for 2024. Thanks for the memories The Northings

We are very centrally located to explore the delights that Pembrokeshire has to offer, and easy for shopping.... and there is something for everyone here. We do try to provide those items which will make our guest's stay more comfortable; providing bedding, Towels and Hot Tub towels , are less things to have to worry about and pack! “This was our first time to Pembrokeshire and we will definitely be back!”

The Waves was in a great location to explore all that this part of the world has to offer with lovely pubs and restaurants close by in Broad Haven and Little Haven. The accommodation itself was perfectly comfortable, lovely comfortable sofa in living area and big TV, space is quite tight in the bedrooms but to be expected in this type of accommodation, some additional hooks on the back of doors etc would be helpful. The deck and hot tub is the biggest selling point with lovely views to the country side and view beyond. The site staff were very friendly and even popped over once we had arrived to check we had everything we needed and to offer advice about the area. Overall, a lovely stay in a very beautiful location.
