“The property itself is beautiful and the facilities look very smart.”

It's a great location for all of South Wales. My only disappointment was with the cleanliness of the property. Whilst I appreciate it's in an old building, the cleaning wasn't the best upon arrival. There was a spider and spider web in the oven glass door, as well as in the cupboards. It's a great location for all of South Wales. My only disappointment was with the cleanliness of the property. Whilst I appreciate it's in an old building, the cleaning wasn't the best upon arrival. There was a spider and spider web in the oven glass door, as well as in the cupboards. The floorboards upstairs in the property were incredibly creaky and loud meaning anytime anyone went to the bathroom at night it woke everyone else up. The bathroom itself is well presented but not practical as the shower cubical is so short that when the shower is on, the water goes everywhere. Having said all this, it is a beautiful property and is finished to a lovely standard.
