The Hollybush

This is a perfectly adequate B&B studio accommodation.

There is no cooking facilities to use other than a kettle, toaster, microwave and now a small air fryer. Which simply means you may have to change your eating habits to enjoy this apartment/studio to it full potential. The apartment is spotlessly clean, as is the bathroom and the hosts left an assortment locally acquired snacks, milk and wine for us when we arrived along with tea, coffee and a couple of breakfast cereals for us to use. All of which was much appreciated after our long journey. We found this property to be an excellent based to explore this little corner of Wales. The only problem that we encountered during our stay was the WiFi signal was very intermittent, dropping every five minutes which made streaming impossible.

Good, clean and exceptionally well equipped accommodation for myself and dog.

Bed was comfortable. Milk, butter in fridge, tea and coffee, welcome pack too. Very good value for 5 night stay, would happily book again.

The accommodation was overall very clean & comfortable however the cooking facilities & equipment were not really adequate.

The listing describes being able to cook tasty meals but this proved very difficult with only a microwave & toaster. There wasn’t a bread knife, can opener or sharp knife which made preparing sandwiches or snacks problematic. Having said all that the location was lovely & close to the nearby beaches & towns.
