    “Excellent property - the cottage was clean, well equipped and set in a great location for exploring the south wales coast.”

    Kitchen had everything, bedrooms were all nicely sized and decorated to a good standard, bathrooms clean, showers powerful, heating/hot water was smart controlled and seemed efficient. All fittings/fixtures were solid, quality items, like the owners cared rather than just putting in any old rubbish. Check in and the pre booking info was all clear and straightforward. Had a small problem with the WiFi that was knocked out due to bad weather, but owners couldn’t do enough to fix - we raised it ...

Had a small problem with the WiFi that was knocked out due to bad weather, but owners couldn’t do enough to fix - we raised it on the Saturday, just so they knew it was down, and an engineer sorted it within 2 days, couldn’t have arranged it quicker at home. Overall a highly recommended stay, we’re already looking to book our next trip.

The cosy sitting room has doors leading to the quiet lawned garden, with open countryside views.

The pretty pine stairway leads to three lovely bedrooms, and with an extra shower room on the ground floor this is a perfect St. Clears cottage for comfortable family holidays.

Both the Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire coasts are in easy driving distance, or enjoy wonderful walks right from the doorstep of this St. Clears cottage.

Carmarthen and Tenby are not far away, with an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, and lovely boat trips from Tenby Harbour to Caldey Island.

There is so much to enjoy from this wonderful St. Clears cottage, a return visit will be beckoning as soon as you leave for home.

Carmarthen 10 miles.

St. Clears is a small town set inland between Carmarthen and the coastal resorts of the Pembrokeshire coast. Great for exploring the South Wales coastline, the area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, and explorers alike. St. Clears hosts a variety of festivals and carnivals throughout the year, and has a number of shops, pubs and eateries, and the mound of the 12th century St. Clears Castle can still be seen. Within a short drive of St. Clears are Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and the Heron's Brook Golfing and Fishing Centre. Visit Tenby, Laugharne Castle, the Dylan Thomas Boathouse and the renowned Botanic and Aberglasney Gardens. In all directions there is easy access to stunning scenery including the Preselli Mountains, the Pembrokeshire coastal path, Gower Peninsula, and the Brecon Beacons.
