The Sail Loft

We absolutely loved our stay at the sail loft.

Spotlessly clean, lovely welcome pressy of wine and chocolates, a lovely touch. Through our time there we enjoyed watching the boats, fish and swans. And enjoyed the cafes and shops below. If we could just mention that when we did watch a bit of tv the reception was not good. Other than that everything was exceptional. Thank you. From Debbie and Alan.

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation.

Generous welcome gifts supplied for both ourselves and the dog. Plenty of cafe, restaurants and bars open around the marina. We drove to Neyland and walked along the Brunel Trail with the dog, very peaceful and easy walking. Also walked the coast path to Sandy Haven, which was a little more challenging but the beautiful scenery made it worthwhile. Would definitely return to this property.

The Sail Loft is a very comfortable base for visiting and exploring Pembrokeshire - the owners have thought of everything so the accommodation is well equipped.

Accessing the property was upstairs but easy and plenty of parking was available directly outside the door. Milford Haven’s Marina is a strip of excellent quality restaurants and cafes and the accommodation overlooks the boats which is delightful. The rest of Milford was a little disappointing but you don’t have to drive far to reach beautiful coastal countryside for walking and lovely beaches. The marina is a working harbour but is very quiet. Some evening noise came from outdoor music entertainment outside the neighbouring hotel (weekend only) but this ceased at 9.30pm and didn’t cause any bother.

Meeting Sean & Chis on Friday afternoon was a Key moment for this holiday.

Once we were inside The Sail Loft apartment, we knew this was going to be a great holiday, The apartment was well laid out with a nice big TV & WIFI super comfy sofa & a fully equipped kitchen area. great views from the balcony of the Marina with all sorts of boats coming & going. The king size bed was by far the best nights sleep I have had for years. The marina has a very good choice of bars & restaurants which we tried to sample all of them. Great holiday location & we will be back in the future.

Our second stay at The Sail Loft and will not be our last.

It is so clean and comfortable, with everything you could possibly wish for. The very thoughtful and generous welcome pack were very much appreciated. Chris and Sean (the owners) are so helpful. It is so interesting to watch the comings and goings of boats in the marina, from the French doors of the apartment and from the various pubs and eateries along the walkway outside. It is quite possible to park the car and not use it for a week but there are many lovely places to visit nearby. We found a lovely pub for lunch so would highly recommend The Jolly Sailor at Neyland, just a 15 minute drive. With many thanks to Chris and Sean. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location for exploring Pembrokeshire.

The apartment was generally well equipped. Great views over the marina and further out to the docks. Some of the shops around the marina have closed but 2 good restaurants are still open. One downside was the windy wet weather and we had difficulty working out how to turn the heating on.

The accommodation was really clean, comfortable and well equipped.

It had lovely views over the marina and beyond. Milford Haven was an ideal base to explore the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire. We were delighted and blessed to have stayed there.

it was lovely my husband was born and bred in Milford haven he remembers our accommodation was the old trawl dock and fish marrket he remembers going there with his late father who was a trawler skipper in the fifties and sixties

Beautiful property in a wonderful location, everything you need for a really great stay is within walking distance.

The welcome pack was full of goodies and was much appreciated. We had a most enjoyable stay, and heartly recommend the Sail Loft. Lightproof curtains in the bedroom would also help. The only downside was a rather noisy neighbour, the walls do not seem to be all that soundproof.

Arrived at a lovely apartment with Milk for a cup of tea after my journey.

Had some rain during my stay but enjoyed sitting and looking out of the balcony doors at what was happening in the harbour, with the lifeboat crew doing a practice. Would recommend any couple to stay and enjoy the treat. I would like to revisit next year. Thanks

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location!

We loved our 8 days in the Sail Loft, just a shame it took 9 hours to get there! The apartment had everything that we required from a comprehensive kitchen to an extremely comfortable bedroom and an excellent bathroom. The view of the harbour was excellent and to be able to just walk out to an extensive choice of bars and restaurants meant we hardly moved the car all week. To cap it all we found the sofa extremely comfortable as it accommodated both of us for an afternoon nap as and when required. We will be back

Great apartment to stay in, everything you need, very tastefully decorated.

Plenty of places to eat and drink on the quay. Just like being abroad, great for a British vacation. Thanks for the Prosecco, chocolates and milk such a nice surprise and very thoughtful.

Lovely weekend getaway.

Everything you need and more. Furnished to a high standard. Lovely welcome pack too. So much on your doorstep we did not use the car at all. Ate out all weekend but it is advisable to book. Tesco is a 10 minute walk away and a couple of other shops too. Bowling place across the way too. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful very well equipped even down to washing capsules and things like cling film kitchen roll washing up liquid.

We had the best time for our wedding anniversary a very special Thankyou for the Prosecco as well xxx❤️❤️❤️

The Sail Loft is a beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with lovely views over the harbour.

It is close to cafes, restaurants and small, independent shops and not far from a large supermarket. We liked the welcome pack of prosecco, truffles (the shop is on the marina), butter and milk. The only problem we had was the stairs up to the flat (3 flights totalling 20 steps), which, we felt, should have been mentioned, as we had assumed that, being a modern block, there would have been a lift. For this reason we gave 4 stars, as it is not really suitable for older people with mobility issues.

A nice property, in an interesting location.

Cleaned and maintained to a high standard, with lots of facilities including, cafes, restaurants & shops in the immediate area. We did think two barstool plus a large dining suite was too much for a small property and just two guests. We had to move it when we wanted to open the Juliette balcony doors and then put back again to sit to eat, even then, for two slim people there wasn't much room to squeeze past each other. The fridge is quite small so we struggled to get our food for the week in it. Everything else was excellent.

Sail Loft was excellent we couldn’t fault a thing, the little extras left for us were lovely, we will definitely recommend this apartment and will be back Thank you Adrian and Liz

Lovely view, super facilities and owners were fabulous, checking everything all OK. Loved the dog welcome pack. Much appreciated!! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Milford Haven.

The Sail Loft is lovely, it’s exactly like in the photos.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with everything you need, it is well stocked with high quality equipment and plenty of it which is great. It makes a wonderful base from which to explore Pembrokeshire. The owners have thought of everything, thank you, we had a wonderful time here.

Thanks for supplying LOTS of information about the area and apartment. The welcome gifts were a lovely surprise for us and our dog Connie!! There was parts of the bathroom that needed clean,the tiles in the shower needed bleaching and the wooden pipe covering behind the toilet needs a good clean. Saying that...we will DEFINITELY be back next year!!

We Had a fantastic week walking the beautiful coastal paths in the area.

The apartment was as we expected from the previous reviews in a fantastic location for exploring the area. In the evening we could walk around the marina and have drinks and food five minutes walk from the apartment. Would definitely return thank you.

We only had one issue, i know there is details of the rubbish but we tryed to segregate to what needed recycling and another for general rubbish , the informantion was'nt very helpfull and there really wasnt any where to disposed of it in a bin outside so we had no choice to leave the bags on the kitchen floor all week.

Beautiful views of the harbour and a good range of amenities and shops in very close distance. Very well equipped for an excellent and comfortable stay in Milford Haven.

Beautiful apartment, pictures don’t do it justice, we especially liked all the little touches, the owners have obviously put a lot of thought into it.

My husband especially liked the binoculars. The welcome touches like milk and butter were very much appreciated. Can’t fault the place.

Lovely place to stay.

Overlooks the Marina. There are plenty of places to eat, not sure if they are all open late, but good for a coffee & cake during day. Other craft shops also line Marina. Parking was very easy. Unfortunately, we had to leave after a couple of days due to illness but we didn't have to do too much before we left, as owners said they would look after everything for us. For the time we were there we had a good time.

This break away was the best one we’ve had with Sykes holidays , The sail loft was absolutely perfect, lovely location, amazing apartment with excellent views , I cannot fault a thing, spotlessly clean , lovely comfy sofa , the apartment was well equipped too, the complementary treats were a nice welcome, We were so lucky with the weather, so we had some nice trips out , so much to see and do, lovely food on the marina itself, and everyone was just so welcoming and friendly, we would definitely stay again ,

Wow what can I say, we were over the moon, it was spotless, bed was so comfortable, had everything we needed like home from home, wine glasses, bottle opener, towels, a welcome box with Prosecco & treats, even treats for the dog, who we chose not to take in the end, we couldn’t fault the property at all, amazing, with outstanding views, thank you so much we had a lovely break away for my birthday, couldn’t of asked for anything better x

Excellent holiday apartment very clean and homely

We had a fantastic few days the loft was beautifully layed out with attention to detail for our comfort.

We would absolutely recommend and will definitely book again soon.

A great little apartment with everything equipped plus more, especially the binoculars
