Embrace rich history when visiting landmarks such as the stunning 5500 year old Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber, or travel to the local market town of Cardigan to visit its castle which hosted the first Welsh Eisteddfod in 1176. Nearby Fishguard is also well worth a visit with the 'Last Invasion Tapestry' in the Town Hall telling the remarkable story of Welsh heroine Jemima Nicholas who helped repel Napoleon's forces in the Last Invasion of Mainland Britain in1797.

To enjoy the coastal delights, take a boat trip in-season out into Cardigan Bay to meet the resident bottle nosed dolphins or head inland for wildlife spotting opportunities higher up in the breath taking Preseli Hills.

A lovely home from home setting.

The apartment and surroundings are beautiful. The only advise i would add is as it is self catering there is only so many things you can bring from home, there was a tiny amount of hand soup, a tiny amount of washing up liquid and one toilet roll ( no potato masher) No idea where the nearest shop was. The settee is not opposite the t,v so watching t,v was awkward as you had to sit on an angle. 10am is a bit early to vacate the property especially as you have a jobs list of do's and don'ts like stripping the beds etc before leaving. There was lots of cobwebs in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to return again.

Lovely location and property but there is a problem with the drains and the amount of flies the bedroom.

Sort that out and it would be wonderful

Very spacious, with amazing views in all directions and the location cannot be beaten!

Everything is provided, including a freezer under the counter. There is really plenty of space in every room and the layout is great. Newport is one of the nicest towns in West Wales. We'll definitely return!
