Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear that you and your wife were unhappy with the cleanliness of Blaenpant Bach. We take great pride in the cottage and most of our guests leave wonderful feedback, so it’s upsetting to hear we missed the mark for you. Our setting within some of the most stunning scenery the Pembrokeshire National Park has to offer is something we cherish, and we always want the cottage to reflect our special setting. I do all the cleaning myself, and it seems I simply forgot to hoover the sofa on this occasion. I’m very sorry for that oversight. Our unique selling point is our rural location so finding a couple of woodlice on the floor can also happen, especially in autumn, but I’m sorry it caused any discomfort. I’m also sorry you felt chased about the missing bedding. You were very kind to strip the bed and bag it up. Due to the fact it had been left outside behind a potted bush, I couldn’t find it at first and asked the agents for guidance—simply a misunderstanding, not intended to trouble you. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and we are sorry that you felt aggrieved by the details listed. Property Owner
