“The house was comfortable and well equipped and well located.”
The only key challenge was the quality and reliability of the internet connection which was very poor. The service would frequently be inoperable for periods of half hour to hour at times. This was problematic for me as I was originally meant to be working attending a number of web conferences in during our stay, but had to abandon plans as the connection was not reliable enough. Luckily my customers were understanding of situation but I had to ask colleagues to take on my responsibilities in my absence which was certainly not ideal. I did not report at the time as it was quite evident from my past experience that this would not be a "quick fix" and would almost certainly involve a BT engineer visit.

We're sorry that you experienced issues with the internet connection speed during your stay. We were unaware of this issue and we would have happily have taken it forward, had we been notified of it at the time.
As it happens, our most recent guests reported the same issue during their stay and we contacted BT who visited within 48 hours and reported back that there was an external fault that was outside of our control. BT have now resolved this fault and we now have good internet access and speed at Greenbanks for our guests to enjoy. Property Owner
