The property boasts six well-appointed bedrooms spread across the first and second floors.

On the first floor, you'll find a luxurious super king-size bedroom with a sofa bed for occasional use, TV, and en-suite shower room, alongside two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a versatile king-size bedroom that can be arranged as twin beds on request.

The second floor offers a comfortable twin room with en-suite shower room and an adult bunk bedroom, making this an excellent choice for both families and mixed groups.

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living area, designed for spending quality time together.

The well-equipped kitchen features a Rangemaster cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

The dining and sitting areas provide plenty of room to relax, while a cosy snug offers an additional space to unwind after a day exploring the coast.

Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators throughout the property ensure comfort whatever the season.

The enclosed patio is furnished with a large table, seating for fourteen guests, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower – ideal after a day at the beach.

The garden extends over two levels with a brook running at the bottom of the bank, so care should be taken with young children and those with limited mobility.

Traeth Mawr (Newport Sands) is also within easy reach, either by crossing the estuary at low tide or following the scenic coast path around the bird sanctuary.

Newport is a beautiful coastal town in Pembrokeshire, south west Wales lying on the River Nevern with a selection of shops, pubs, tea rooms, plus an excellent golf course overlooking the sea as well as a lovely sheltered harbour. Newport lies on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which is renowned worldwide for its unique landscape and wonderful opportunities to go dolphin and seal spotting. Wonderful coastal walks along the path or in the nearby Preseli Hills with the ever changing scenery are a walkers dream all year round. Learn about history when you visit the mills, craft centres and castles dotted around the county or spend a day at the wonderful Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort where you can learn hands on all about living during that time.
