“Lyndale was the perfect place for our family of 9 for the school half term holiday.”
Although the description of " how to get there" was accurate it would have been helpful to have the name of the property more clearly displayed.
The location was excellent and it was an easy to walk to the beach and the coastal path. The shops in the village provided very well for food, holiday items, and there were a number of cafes and pubs with restaurants.

Lyndale had everything for the self catering family. The dining room/ kitchen was very large and the separate scullery/ laundry area and the walk in shower by the entrance to the property were a bonus.
We were fortunate to have a very warm and sunny week. The downside of this was that heating came on in the middle of the night and the bedrooms became very warm/hot ( solved when my son turned off the boiler, I think that's what he did).
The front room was a comfortable place to escape and read, or watch TV, but the family spent most time in the dining room playing family games. (In the TV room some side light bulbs need replacing.)
The outside area was also excellently provided with seating. The older wooden seats and the dining table and seating needed a good brush, and the barbecue needed a grill replacement. These were very minor issues.
I think the main issue is, would we book this again, and I would without a moment's hesitation.
