“Lovely little cottage with everything spotlessly clean, everything you needed was catered for, the owners came to check everything was ok for our stay.”

Great location within the village meant we could leave the car and enjoy the walks and restaurants/pubs on your doorstep. Great few days would definitely recommend

Pendre Cottages

Two cosy, semi-detached, stone holiday cottages (Middle and End) which have been converted from 18th-century farm outbuildings. Ideal for two small families who want to stay close to each other, couples or families with small children.

The property

Close to Parrog beach and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, this 18th century cosy cottage is an ideal location for your holiday.

It is only a couple of minute’s walk from the centre of Newport/Trefdraeth, where there are individual shops for every need, galleries, welcoming pubs and eateries.

On entering the property, you are greeted by the open plan living area and kitchen, it is warm and cosy being served by underfloor heating with a gas fired ‘wood burner’ style stove. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances.

On the first floor there is a comfortable twin bedroom and a double bedroom ideally suited for a small family and there are sea views through the velux windows. Whether you are keen walkers or just enjoy getting out in the open air and enjoying the beautiful Pembrokeshire scenery this property is in a perfect location.

Newport Sands is a mile and a half walk around the Nevern estuary and is overlooked by the 18 hole Newport Links golf course.

There are coastal buses running from early summer which can take you or return you from longer walks on the coastal path.

Newport has a beguiling effect and draws visitors back year after year.
