“The property was nowhere near as bright and airy as the listing made it appear.”
OK it's a barn conversion and perhaps we should have realised but that isn't how it is portrayed.
We couldn't get enough hot water to run to enable us to fill a bath. There was a dishwasher but no tablets and it was not made clear we needed to supply these ourselves. We were requested to leave to place clean but there were no cleaning products to enable us to do this, and certainly not to the standard we would have liked. Leaving only 2 toilet rolls did seem a little mean.

Sorry you were disappointed with your stay - as you say - a barn conversion and on dull days can be a little darker upstairs - you may not realise, as we are in the Pembrokeshire national park the planning authority is strict and insists on the character and original features of such buildings being maintained, hence just traditional windows. Dishwasher tablets are in a covered dish under the sink, we could easily have supplied more, the same with the toilet rolls if either of you had asked. Property Owner
