“Underfloor heating was on 24/7 regardless of me turning the thermostats right down.”

Resulting in unbearable heat on days when the inside temperature rose to around 70F. The kitchen hot water supply was a joke. The floors had not been swept before we arrived. Lack of a full sized ironing board. A stupid hob that was impossible to control regardless of instruction book. The fridge with icebox kept freezing things that were in the fridge regardless of any setting. Complete farce all of it

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. It is a shame that you didn’t contact us at the time, either directly or through our local letting agent in Newport, as we would have been more than happy to help right away. Fortunately, guests who stayed both before and after your visit have not reported any similar problems. In fact, in 15 years of letting we have never had any other negative feedback about the hob or hot water. That said, we have double checked everything you mentioned and are pleased to report that everything seems to be in good working order. Property Owner
