The accommodation was perfect for me and my husband, our 4 children and their partner's, children and dog.

The games room is brilliant. The garden is unkempt but we were out most of the day as we had amazing weather. The kids loved the trampoline. The owner kindly provided an extra table abd chairs to accommodate the whole 15 of us.I was unhappy with the lack of maintenance, and cleaning of the hot tub. As a previous customer mentioned, hot tubs are usually checked daily. The one at Norchard was only cleaned once after I asked. The water turned green quickly which put us off using it. Overall we had a great time and the house was a big contributing factor.

Had a lovely welcome basket of bread and welshcakes and prosecco and some fridge essentials.

The beds were comfy. House is very spacious but could do with a little TLC. The grass was very overgrown and we had to snap a few branches to be able to sit on the garden furniture. Hot tub was clean. Owners helpful and quick to reply to my questions on WhatsApp 12 of us went for a hen weekend. Theres not enough chairs to all sit in the kitchen together. The one cooker didn't work. There's a large chest freezer and fridge and we manged to cook with the one oven. The room I stayed in (four poster bed) didn't have a ceiling light, so very difficult getting ready in dim lighting. Also take a sleepmask as no curtain above the single bed opposite us. Overall we found it a great place to stay near tenby and where we were able to celebrate in a big group. Feedback would be to tidy up the garden, and put a door on the little shed so it didn't look untidy. Some funky smells, we thought was gas, but think it was oil of some kind in the kitchen.

A gorgeous house in a lovely rural setting.

Big and spacious. However, the inside and the garden need a lot of attention all round, but especially the dated heating system. Out of 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms only the ground floor shower l was working efficiently. Some radiators not working, others couldn't be turned off. No timer or thermostat to regulate the temperature. One bedroom had a cracked window pane and the door couldn't be closed, mattress with a dip in the middle in another. Broken draws and doors in the kitchen. 2 oven trays left covered in grease, cigarette ends in fire pit in the garden. Light bulb missing, switches not working properly. 3 lovely televisions, but couldn't get any channels on them, so could only be used for gaming. But there was a lovely welcome pack and we enjoyed the prosecco and welch cakes.
