Perfectly equipped bungalow in very quiet and peaceful surroundings.

The owner made sure everything was in place for our arrival including a very thoughtful welcome pack. Would definitely return.

Clean, modern, very spacious. It was exceptional.

The bungalow was very clean and in a nice quiet location.

It was generally well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The welcome pack was a nice touch and Phil (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. The nearby pub, the Paddock Inn had just closed before our visit, not sure if or when it will reopen. That said, Tenby has a large of selection of nice pubs and restaurants for meals out and is about a 30 minute walk, depending on the route. A stroll along the beach to Tenby is lovely.

Compact, Cared-for, Clean and Curious.

This property is a fine example of using space to its maximum without any hint of constriction, confinement or constraint. The kitchen may be galley style but the design and the positioning of the appliance’s made for ease of use with space enough for the inner chef to work their magic or the exhausted hungry to quick snack themselves into a burger paradise. Every item within the bungalow was of good quality. The furniture was most comfortable the beds were spotless not to hard to be uncomfortable but not too soft to concern those of us who do not wish to sleep on a marshmallow. The bungalow is somewhat distant from the centre of Tenby but that was to our advantage for it was a haven of quiet at the end of a busy day. However, the pub/restaurant just a ten-minute walk from the patio gate is convivial and not overpriced. The petrol station just a short drive away has an attached supermarket and compared with my own area very low-cost petrol. Now to curious, Curiously, despite the properties limited footprint is was or seemed spacious, Curiously, and without foreplaning we found it the ideal location for us ,for as our intention had been to tour the area by car we could be on a main road to somewhere within minutes. Curious, because as it is a modern property within a fine residential area you might expect some distain from the permanent residents, but in fact they were delightful in every way. Finally, and most curious of all this geriatric grumbler found nothing to grumble about. Visit and enjoy.

Stayed at Cann Ross March 2025, the accommodation was as described lovely and clean and a really nice touch with a delightful welcome pack.

Very peaceful location with a local pub just at the back of the property. A 2 minute drive to Tenby town centre or a 20 minute walk (great location) Would highly recommended booking this property had a fantastic holiday.

Very nice and clean bungalow, with everything you need, there were just two small issues, after a long journey we were desperate for a cup of tea, the welcome pack was lovely, but a small bottle of milk would have been great, the other thing was that the towels were a bit scratchy,

The house is beautifully appointed with everything you might need and very comfortable. Paul is an excellent host and very helpful. It is centrally located in a lovely quiet area. I would highly recommed it to anyone.

We returned to Cann Ross this year as it is extremely clean and comfortable in a great, quiet location.

The extras such as teabags, welsh cakes and toiletries are a nice extra and much appreciated. We had a meal in the pub across the road and it was very good indeed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cann Ross for a holiday stay.

Stay very enjoyable but access to shower over bath now not suitable for eldery visitors.

Fabulous little bungalow, very well kept nice and clean, has everything you’d need.

Had a local pub at the end of the road plus a little bakery and milk vending machine. Great location, many attractions within 30 minutes drive. Lovely little walk to the beach and little park & playing field too.

Fantastic patio. Very quiet area. It was great having a bakery attached to the pub a few seconds walk away. Owner very helpful when needed. Penally is a lovely village with a bus service into Tenby during the daytime.

The welcome package was very kind and thoughtful, Could’ve done with blinds in the lounge/ dining room; especially as we are having hotter summers now. The area was very quiet and clean. Tenby is a very lovely town; lots of places to eat, amazing Sandy beaches and few places of interest to visit.

Lovely bungalow that had everything we needed.

Very clean and beds comfy. Local pub and bakery just around the corner. Wi-Fi great. Lots of beautiful walks, beaches out of this world. The outside space is good with outside lighting. The welcome pack was unexpected but great. Thank you

Comfortable bungalow in a perfect location.

Very peaceful setting and close enough to the beautiful beaches of Penally and Tenby- all within 20 minutes walking distance from the property. The owner Phil was very helpful with useful information prior to our stay and the thoughtful welcome pack was a lovely touch! Pembrokeshire has lots to offer and the property provides the perfect base to visit the various stunning beaches within a short drive or to travel a little further afield by car to St David’s with its spectacular cathedral. The property was well equipped with everything you’d need to self-cater and the decor was fresh and clean throughout. The addition of a dishwasher would be great to save washing up on holiday and to keep everything spotless for the next visitors but it did specify that this wasn’t provided so just a comment. It certainly didn’t detract from our holiday experience. Beautiful weather made for the perfect holiday in this lovely property.

The best holiday we've had in Tenby it was in the right place the cottage was clean and comfortable and everything you needed was there will probably be looking to book this place again it was just what we was looking for

We had a fabulous stay at Cann Ross but there is just one thing lacking, and that is hooks to hang damp towels and gowns on.

It would had been perfect if we could have had a few hooks behind doors and in the bathroom. It was such a nice surprise to find the welcome pack. Thank you. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Cann Ross is highly recommended.

A lovely, comfortable, well presented property.

The owners added thoughtful touches such as a welcome gift basket. The garden especially we loved. Beautifully presented with lights, making it a lovely place to sit in the evenings after a busy day exploring.

It was all perfect

Myself and my wife really had a lovely stay at this lovely cottage , very quite near to Tenby you can walk in to Tenby in around 15 mins ,plenty of other places to visit lots to do really enjoyed .

Shop 5mins away pub across the road good food ,sell home made bread and cakes around the back of pub really handy to be on your doorstep , Penally beach only around 5,10 mins away and pub close to it which do food as well very nice pleased with the staff really polite

Cann Ross is a spotlessly clean and very comfortable holiday home-from-home with excellent decor and facilities.

It's position on the south Pembrokeshire coast is perfect for exploring the area by car or foot. We had a fantastic week helped in no small part by the superb accommodation. Very highly recommended.

The house had everything we needed and more.

The beds were really comfortable and the house was in a really quiet area but close to so many attractions. The toys in the house delighted our 3yr old and all the kids channels meant he was a very happy chappy. Our host was friendly and offered to help us with anything we wanted, even dining recommendations.Would gladly stay here again.

The bungalow was situated just outside Tenby, about 40 minutes walk.

The bungalow was very clean, very well equipped, Wi-Fi good, with a lovely sunny courtyard. Communication with SykeCottages and the owner was good. The owner also gave very comprehensive instructions and some helpful tips about the area. Thank yu.

Lovely bungalow .

Well set out .Not a real holiday feel to it . But.we enjoyed every bit of our holiday .

The dvd was actually a ps2 so while it worked in a fashion it would not play our dvd yet when we got home it worked no problem.

Also while not listed the cottage would benefit from a dishwasher and the oven cleaning

The accommodation was spot-on; the village is lovely and so quiet; there was a lovely touch with the welcome basket left for us and all told it was a great fortnight's holiday.

Tenby and the surrounding areas are beautiful and the weather topped it off for us as it was gorgeous!

It states that towels are provided.

They were but only one hand towel and one small bath towel each for a week. We had to go into Tenby to purchase further towels as those provided weren't sufficient when people take a daily shower.

The welcome pack was a lovely touch.

Everything that you needed was on hand. Beautifully decorated and modern. The black out blinds were great as it blocked out the sunlight. It was a very nice holiday.

This was a very nice Property only all the amenaties you want.

Only thing I found was the bath towels were very small but apart from that it was great. Nice place. Penally is a very quite place and very close to lots of things to do. We had a good time on our holiday. I
