    “This was an extremely spacious and comfortable accommodation with everything you could possible need for your stay Peaceful and well located for touring the area and beyond.”

Nestled on the edge of the Towy Valley, resting near the village of Llanddarog amidst the scenic South Wales countryside, lies this wonderful, detached barn conversion, Ystabl Robyn.

There's a selection of landmarks and attractions nestled throughout the countryside nearby.

Within easy reach of your new home, you will find the gorgeous National Botanical Garden of Wales, an idyllic spot for a walk in nature.

Cyclists will rejoice with a ride along the Number 47 cycle route that runs less than a mile from the property, whilst fishing enthusiasts can spend an afternoon at the Pant y Bedw Fishery.

In Nantgaredig, you can tuck into some traditional pub fare at The Railway, which is popular with locals, whilst Wright’s Food Emporium in Llanarthne is also worthy of a visit for foodies!

The idyllic village of Llanddarog sits on the B4310 road, six miles southeast of Carmarthen. The village is home to two pubs, The Butchers Arms and the White Hart Inn, along with a Post Office selling the essentials. The nearby village of Porthyrhyd is home to two traditional pubs, a general store and a Post Office. Well-placed to explore all the surrounding attractions, Llanddarog allows visitors to explore local country trails and cycle rides, or head to the coast to enjoy the Millenium cycle track. The town of Carmarthen is easily accessible and well worth a visit, home to the remains of a Norman Castle, the site of a Roman amphitheatre, a museum containing Roman relics and a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
