Lovely place to stay, very quiet and great location for getting out and about.

A fabulous week away at this modern yet cosy property- we’ve already booked to come again next year!

Well furnished including radios and smart TVs which was good, clean, nice little garden and easy parking just outside. The only slight suggestion would be to change the dining table & chairs as they are quite wobbly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandyhill house, it was beautiful and very well maintained.

Excellent throughout and very well equipped. Perfect location and enjoyed walks in to Saundersfoot and taking the Open top bus to Tenby. Such a lovely area to explore. Visited Bosherston lakes and woodland walk, also a walk from Stackpole quay to the the beautiful Barafundle bay. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, We hope to return.

A very clean and comfortable holiday home!

Everything you could possibly need for week's holiday, from the smart TVs and well equipped kitchen, to the hairdryer in the bedroom. The Welsh cakes and milk in the fridge were a very welcome touch.

The house was lovely and clean, obviously well maintained and looked after, very comfortable.

Property was brilliant- was really clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need.

Host was really accommodating and left us towels and put out a sun umbrella so we could use the back garden. Great location although a steep walk back from Saundersfoot in the heat wave! Would certainly stay again.

Just a note to the owner - The TV in the double bedroom was not working although that was not a problem.

The vacuum cleaner didn't seem to work so could not clean the carpet before we left. Apart from that we had an amazing time on your home and definitely come back next time we're in the area. Thank you x

Great house beautifully furnished and maintained, in an easy to find quiet and peaceful location.

Parking out front so for us it was just perfect, just a short drive into Saundersfoot and the wonderful surrounding area.

A very clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished house.

Tea, coffee, milk and Welsh cakes were provided on our arrival, which was much appreciated. Also we were able to check in slightly earlier than 4pm. Only two very small niggles - the very creaky floorboards, also I didn't feel comfortable using the non stick pans as some of the coating had come off. But otherwise the accommodation was excellent. Thank you.

In many years of self catering holidays have to say that Sandy Hill House is probably the best we've stayed in.

The house was lovely.

The hill was steep, but most houses on the coast were up a hill. Saundersfoot was great with lots of wee shops and places to eat. The coastal paths were amazing and the beaches beautiful.

We've just returned from a 5 day stay at lovely Sandy Hill House!

The house is cosy clean & has everything you'd need for a comfortable holiday! Convenient for travel to a number of places Tenby (& Caldey Island)only a short drive away & Coppet Hall Beach just beautiful to name just 2! Saundersfoot is stunning! It's quite a steep hill to get to Saundersfoot but well worth the effort. The owner Jo, is helpful & quick to respond to any queries, we would definitely go again. Thank you

A very clean and comfortable house.

A lovely house in a nice quiet area, close to the centre of Saundersfoot.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Fab large TV and the WiFi worked well too. Good off road parking right outside the house. Nice touch of fresh milk and Welsh cakes on our arrival. It was our second visit this year, great place to stay.

Lovely clean bright cottage but up the top of a steep hill, good for keeping us fit though!

Only thing I can fault is that there were no condiments and as we cooked most days I had to go and buy some salt, the only place we've ever stayed in that had no salt in the kitchen! Also the bed was not the most comfortable but was ok for just a week.

Nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Double bed needs a new mattress. When the wind blows there is a very annoying whistling noise in the main bedroom, coming I think from the loft. No salt and pepper pots in the kitchen.

If you want a comfy bed then book elsewhere.

The twin beds especially are cheap thin with springs poking through! Not sure how you are expected to sleep on them-very poor indeed especially for the rates charged! Double bed not so bad but not the best of mattresses. A shame as the house was very clean and well equipped. Instructions on how to work the shower would be useful as we couldn’t work out how to use it. I would not go again.

However the bed and sofa are not the most comfortable which is a shame as the rest of the house is lovely.

We would book this property again, it was very modern, comfortable and nicely appointed in a quiet location and convenient for both Tenby and Saundersfoot.

Fully equipped and gorgeous garden. Lovely walk down to beach but 3 hills on the way back so need to be quite fit. However lots of parking in town. Good location to visit many places on the Pembrokeshire coast.

The property is well located in a lovely quiet road and a short walk in to Saundersfoot.

It is well equipped with a lovely little garden. The only criticism is the single beds that my girls slept in said they were uncomfortable and could feel the springs from the mattress so they could do with replacing. Other than that perfect stay and would hope to visit again.

The location was quite and parking was good.

The property was really clean, well maintained and comfortable and had everything you need. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

My wife and I had a wonderful weeks holiday at Sandyhill House.

It was lovely and quiet, very relaxing. The walk down into Saundersfoot and back was really for the super fit though, we settled on walking down into the town, getting a taxi back, when going out for evening meal etc. We would definitely use this property again when visiting Saundersfoot.

We had a lovely stay in Saundersfoot, Sandy Hill House, was perfect for visiting all the local beauty spots even if it did rain for one of the days.

Comfortable, clean just like home from home. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Close to everywhere but a peaceful and quiet location.

We have stayed at Sandyhill House in Saundersfoot for several years and have always enjoyed our visits.

The house is extremely comfortable and clean with every facility and lovely decor. We would recommend Sandyhill House to anyone wishing to stay in Pembrokeshire as it is ideally situated for walks, beaches and all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. We will be back.

The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, it had everything you would need. Thank you for the cake and milk. It was our first visit to South Wales and we will definitely return, both to Saundersfoot and the house. Would highly recommend.

Sandyhill House is a wonderful property with everything you could wish for.

The décor is beautiful. The lounge is very comfortable with 2 large sofas and a lovely large TV. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious, The double having a comfy bed and lovely large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Outside there is a lovely garden with chairs and table for sitting out. Plenty of parking and good WIFI signal.

A very nice property in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a lovely area to visit.

The property was very clean and comfortable with a relaxing enclosed outside area. I would not hesitate to book the property again. One tip, take the car down to Saundersfoot as you have to be super fit to make it back up the steep hill.

Very pleasant house in a quiet residential area.

The owners telephone call prior to arrival gave us useful house keeping information . Cake and milk on arrival was most welcome. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped . However, a tea pot would have been useful. We found it a little difficult to operate the shower, but once working was excellent . Lovely conversation with the team who clean the property on departure . Michael

We had a great break in a super property .

A clean and comfortable cottage.

Could have done with a clothes airer and an additional cereal bowl during our stay. The cake on arrival and welcome mat were lovely touches and appreciated. There is a wonderful view looking back down the hill into Saundersfoot and some lovely places to visit including Stackpole Quay. We would return to the area again.

Great location in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Highchair and cot available which were clean and in good condition. We booked well in advance, so felt it was really good value.

Sandy Hill House was an excellent base for our adventures. It was immaculately clean & very well equipped, with comfy beds & beautifully maintained little outdoor area. Good location at top of the hill, great for walks along coastal path each way, to Tenby & Amroth & further.

Not enough space in double bedroom to put clothes and cases .

Lovely holiday.

House had everything you could want (although a fan would have been nice later in the week) Decor lovely and well thought out to make it home from home. Nice neighbourhood.. Had a nice chat with the owner when I rang about the key press number. Could I suggest a Welcome pack of some kind would be a nice touch and something we have always had in previous holiday let's, even just a bottle of wine.it just adds that "touch'.

We had a lovely time Saundersfoot and Tenby are favourites of ours but hadn't stayed for some years.

Enjoyed it so much we plan to go back. The house was perfect for 2. To get the best out the house read all the info. Spoke to the owner who stressed to let them know if any problems so they could be sorted out quickly. Going to book for next year.

It was a very good location for Saundersfoot and very comfortable and lovely house just the cleanliness let it down.

Sandy Hill House is a little gem in a quiet residential area with ample parking and a perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire.

Saundersfoot is just a 5 minute drive but if you are feeling fit its a 15 minute walk down the hill - although a lot longer back up and probably not recommended for some! The views are worth the climb though. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. Comfy beds and comfy sofas too. A lovely little garden catches the evening sun. Tenby is just 10 minutes drive away. Access to the Pembrokeshire coast path is nearby in Swallow Tree Woods.

It was a fantastic experience.

The house was clean, comfortable and airy. It was like 'home from home'. We bought our own groceries and felt extremely at home to cook and eat at Sandyhill house. Wales is a beautiful country and we visited Tenby and the beach. Our family were also on holiday in Saunderfoot and so we went to visit them too. We would definitely come back and stay at Sandyhill house. We would like to thank the owner for allowing us the opportunity to stay at Sandyhill house. We truly had a relaxing time.

Sandyhill House is a very modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable house.

It's situated in an exceptionally quiet cul-de-sac, not too far from the beach and shops. We drove down on the first day of our holiday and parked at the harbour (very reasonable charges) and decided it would be too far for us to walk that distance (we are the older generation). It would be an easy walk down but not the uphill return. The house is an ideal base to visit such places as Tenby, St.David's, Pembroke etc. Two very highly recommended wildlife parks are very close - Folly Farm and Manor Wildlife Park. Would definitely return to Sandyhill when holidaying in Saundersfoot again.

We walked down to the sea front and back up the very steep hill, but only once because it is very strenuous and future guests should be made aware.

Car parking charges are reasonable so we recommend using your car. Couldn’t get a phone signal in the house The above are minor points and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

House was lovely, a home from home.

And always warm. Had everything we could need. Neighbourhood very quiet too and very close to Saundersfoot and Tenby. Would definitely stay again.

We were just very impressed by the way the owner left us a Christmas food hamper and decorated the cottage.

Sandyhill House is a modern, comfortable house on a small estate a couple of minutes by car from Saundersfoot beach.

The house is beautifully maintained and in the perfect spot for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast and local area.

We had a great stay at Summerhill House.

The house itself is very well-equipped and comfortable, and sits maybe half a mile uphill of Saundersfoot. The house is ideally situated for exploring the area, which offers plenty including beautiful sandy beaches, lovely scenery and wildlife, plus coastal towns and villages. Heartily recommend the house and its environs.

The house was very well kitted out in terms of kitchenware.

It was a good size. The internet was good and there were some DVDs to watch too. It seems to us that the owner has put a lot of effort into making the house as friendly and comfortable as possible. We were a couple with a new baby. While a cot was provided, there was no proper mattress which would have helped greatly for our 5 night stay. WE just had two other minor issues - the stairs were quite squeaky, as was the double bed in the main room. Without a baby this would have been fine, but when we were trying to get to sleep, it sometimes made a lot of noise and disturbed his sleep. Apart from this , we really loved the house and the facilities. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives and we would have no problem returning to the cottage or recommending it to friends...
