Parking should be by the front door only. Driving into the driveway is not only dangerous, because of the bend in the road, but the width of the driveway is so narrow, we had problems emptying the cases out of the car. We never used the side entrance again! 2. Access to the back door is not easy, up high steps and down. We could not open the back door fully as boot rack was in the way, and no room room for wet boots or clothes, as the area was full of vacuum cleaner mop, etc. 3. The outside was untidy with odd dustbins laying around, the odd chair just left and outside cushions were soaked with the rain. It was not welcoming from the back door, good job we used the front door. 4. Towels were not good quality. 5.Insufficient wardrobe space upstairs, we just left out cases on the bed and did not unpack them.
