Primrose Cottage

This is the second time we have stayed here and loved it just as much the second time, and booked again next year.

The welcome food was lovely to arrive too. The Owners are very kind and very welcoming and the cottage is done out to a high standard. Coming from a very busy environment the peace and quiet is just what is needed in its location.

We had a really relaxing holiday, the owners had left us a bowl of fresh fruit, milk, welsh cakes and a delicious crusty load of bread and our cottage was fully equipped.

The host was super friendly and the cottage was beautiful. Love how it’s been decorated, very clean and we had everything we needed. It was lovely to be left some food and milk as well. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful cottage, very clean, well equipped and cosy on cold days.

Primrose is charmingly decorated using the yellow theme and a lovely place to stay. The owners are really friendly and helpful and full of local knowledge for holidaymakers. Free use of the washing machine (no coins required!). All the cottages in this small development have been refurbished in the last few years to a really high standard. The area is supremely located for many Pembroke attractions, Tenby, Pembroke, Carew are only 20mins away. Would highly recommend these holiday cottages.

We had a fantastic stay at Primrose Cottage.

The owner was really friendly and helpful with local tips. The cottage was beautifully done out, really clean and cosy with everything we needed. The bespoke bunk beds made our 11 year old very happy!! We were left a lovely welcome pack with delicious bread and Welsh cakes. The location of the property was also perfect, really close to several of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen!! Really loved it, thank you.

Lovely property in a lovely location, unfortunately the local pub was closed for winter but we found some others open in nearby villages.

Jane was a fantastic host and very welcoming. Lots of lovely beaches and coastal walks nearby. Great bus services if you want to leave the car at home. Caldey Island definitely worth a visit.

Excellent location, close to lots of places of interest and exceptional value for money, including a welcome pack with the owners on hand should you need them.

Our second visit to Primrose cottage!

Very helpful owners, cottage is very well appointed and great location for visits to Tenby and the surrounding area. The cottage is cosy, clean and very welcoming. Our friends stayed in one of the adjacent cottages too so we had a very sociable holiday but all had our own space too, perfect!

We really loved our stay in Primrose Cottage.

It has a lovely cosy feel and was well equipped. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts, which included Welsh cakes and fresh fruit. Our daughters loved their purpose built bunk beds which were very comfortable and both my husband and I enjoyed curling up on the window seat with a book. The cottage living area gets the sun coming in in the afternoon/evening and it was lovely to come home to a sunny sitting room/kitchen. The nearby beach (Manorbier) is beautiful and very close. We walked down there on the first evening but there is also plenty of parking for when you’re lugging body boards/buckets and spades etc. Tenby is also within very easy reach and we enjoyed a day out there and then a second day going to visit Caldy island just off the coast from Tenby. We were spoilt for beautiful beaches and coastline and had loads to do for the week we were there. The hosts were very helpful and were on hand if we had any questions. We had such a lovely stay at Primrose Cottage, It was just the right size for us with all the facilities we needed.

The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely, and the welcome pack on arrival helped get our holiday off on the right foot. We loved exploring all the local beaches, and the cottages proximity to a small road between Tenby and Pembroke made getting about really easy by car. Equally, walking to Manorbier beach was perfectly doable. Hope to visit again and do some more exploring.

Primrose Cottage is a beautiful, warm and cosy cottage.

We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. There was lots of useful information about where to go we spend a lot of time at Manorbier Beach which, when the sun came out was beautiful. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Whilst we only had a short stay (3 nights) in this holiday property, our stay was comfy, the property was well situated and had all the amenities one needs for a good holiday.

The owners are in an adjoining property and whilst they are totally unobtrusive, it was nice to meet Anthony minutes after our arrival to welcome us, show us around the property and it's amenities and generally offer local guidance/assistance. We would recommend this property to others for it's cleanliness, comfort, pet friendliness and ease to drive out to lots of relatively local areas of interest.

We had a lovely break at this gorgeous cottage with our dog, a last minute booking just before Christmas.

It was so cosy and had everything we needed and more. The welcome goodies were a lovely surprise… milk, butter jam, Welsh cakes and sourdough bread. It was like home from home. We will definitely book here again.

Primrose cottage was beautiful.

Well appointed and very cosy with lovely finishing touches. There was a lovely welcome gift of bread, jam, butter, milk and Welsh cakes, none of which lasted long! The owners are super friendly and right next door should you need them. The location is very good for visiting our favourite places in the area, Tenby, Freshwater East, Barafundle etc. Manorbier beach is walking distance from the cottage as is access to the coastal path. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again before long.

Brilliant little cottage.

Very comfy and clean and everything you need. Kindest owners - offered me a lift to the car charging point when realised it was just me and my daughter (at Manobier beach, after 7pm is free parking if you need it). Only a mile away so easy walking distance. Loads in the area - thoroughly recommend.

The cottage was great along with the amount of parking.

Really nice quiet place to stay. The only thing that was an issue were the bathroom towels. It seems to be a common thing in holiday accommodation on giving small towels. Bath sheets would be so much better and bigger. I realise this is not specific to the property but it was still not a happy situation.

One of the best cottages we have stayed in.

Both the cottage and grounds were spotless with endless amenities at our disposal. A lovely fresh welcome pack awaited us and a toiletries basket with anything we may have forgotten was waiting in bathroom. Host made us very welcome and made sure we understood how everything worked. Would return tomorrow.

A delightful long weekend spent in this super cottage.

Perfectly placed to explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. Well equipped with everything you need with the added bonus of welcome food essentials and delicious Welsh Cakes. We will definitely be returning.

This was the most well equipped cottage we have ever stayed in, everything you could want plus all the little things you forgot to bring.

The property was just what we’d hoped for, very cosy, clean and welcoming.

The beds were also very comfortable and we all slept well. The owners Jane and Anthony were very helpful and friendly. A well placed property for discovering the delights of Pembrokeshire. We will definitely return, just hope next time the weather is on our side.

Beautifully presented cottage, very clean and even stocked with essentials such as butter and milk, we will definitely be recommending these cottages, Brother and his wife stayed in another of the cottages and they were equally happy with the accommodation.

Anthony & Jane's introductory booklet is full of useful information of where to eat and visit. All in all we had very good week even the weather was mostly kind.

We had such a lovely stay at Primrose Cottage.

Jane and Anthony were brilliant hosts - so helpful and the cottage was perfect for our needs plus in the perfect spot for getting around to see so many beautiful sights. We were really grateful for all the thoughtful little extras provided, especially the tea and Welsh cakes on arrival after a long drive! The laundry was a great help during our stay too :) Our boys loved the cosy bunk beds and the addition of their own TV. Jane was so helpful and provided lots of great info about the area. We had a wonderful holiday and definitely fell in love with Pembrokeshire. Thank you for having us!

She showed us around, gave recommendations to the local area. Cottage was super cute, clean (big thing for us) and fresh. You could tell it has been recently renovated. We have just come back from a week, staying in Primrose Cottage.

It’s a delightful cottage, very comfortable and has everything you can think of. Jane made us very welcome and is always on hand as the tourist information for the best beaches, yummy cakes and places to go and see. The weather wasn’t warm enough to make use of the communal courtyard area but it looked very inviting. The location is perfect, quiet but only a short drive from Tenby and Pembroke and fantastic beaches. There are quiet lanes to take the dog for short morning and evening strolls. We can highly recommend it.
