19 Coedrath Park

Lovely and comfortable apartment - I live in Saundersfoot and this was ideally situated just around the corner for a visit from my parents.

Issue with blocked toilet on arrival was rectified easily and swiftly. Will defintely book again.

The property is in a great location but internally and externally looking a bit tired.

The blinds in the main living area were broken so didn't hang properly. The apartment was not cleaned very well, cobwebs in windows, empty water bottle in tv unit, a door mat looked like it had been chucked onto the balcony and left there. We had a small issue with rubbish in bins outside the property which had been left by a previous occupier. Once reported this was dealt with swiftly. It was good to have a clearly marked allocated parking space but the signage at the entrance to the development could be clearer.

The bed is the absolute worst.

My wife slept on the sofa because the springs hurt our ribs. I didn't sleep well at all, exhausted. It wouldn't hurt to mop the place once in a while and the whole building is exactly what I imagined Wales to be, under invested, tired and grubby. There were cobwebs older than my children. Great location, great kitchen space, but beds and cleanliness let it down massively.

A basic accommodation

Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on.

Really needs replacing. Towels from previous occupants left behind plus a jacket in cleaning cupboard. Shower failed after 3 minutes so without that for whole day. Excellent support from Sykes office- unit needed replacing. Only 1 toilet roll and less than half a handwash left. The property could be really good with a little more generosity and attention to detail. Location is good and Saundersfoot a great place to visit.

We really enjoyed the accommodation and surrounding gardens.

Have been coming to Saundersfoot for 20 yrs and will definately return to this property! A huge let down was the freezer not working as the wk end was 30deg and would have liked ice cubes and ice lollies! Reported it immediately but didnt receive a reply unfortunately untill i had left. But didnt let it spoil our weekend. especially loved the little welcome box..Great stay

Lovely sized apartment with all the equipment you need but the only thing that let the place down was the first impression when you pull up the whole complex needs a lick of paint & windows cleaning, stairwells need a good clean & painting , Grounds around complex are kept tidy so very surprised the buildings aren't kept up to the same standard, it's the only thing that lets an ideal base for a holiday in lovely Saundersfoot down but I would book to come back again

The location is great: quiet place with a very short walking distance to lively beach, harbour, shops, restaurants etc.

Good size, nice kitchen. Unfortunately, the mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on and the bathroom was tiny for 2 adults plus two kids of 11 and 14. Cleanliness was okay but I doubt that more than the absolutely necessary had been done before our arrival.
