The property

10 Brython Place welcomes you to a beautifully elevated duplex apartment set across the first and second floors, nestled within the breathtaking Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and just moments from Tenby’s golden beaches.

With space for two vehicles and sweeping sea views from its private balcony, this characterful retreat offers a memorable coastal getaway for families or friends. A short flight of steps leads to the entrance, where the scent of salt air and distant sound of waves begin to work their magic.

Inside, the apartment unfolds with warm wooden flooring and rustic stone and brick feature walls, creating a natural flow through the open-plan living space.

The kitchen, complete with breakfast bar seating, invites slow-paced mornings, while the adjacent dining area sets the scene for lively evenings—its table cleverly doubling as a pool table.

Slide open the bi-fold doors in the dining room to step onto the balcony, where a glass balustrade reveals uninterrupted views across the sea to Caldey Island. The sitting area is a welcoming space to relax, with a corner sofa and mounted TV beside a woodburning stove tucked into an exposed brick fireplace—ideal after a day exploring the coast.

A utility room with laundry facilities ensures everything is on hand for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, the open riser staircase leads to a second sitting room, where a gable window frames the ever-changing seascape.

Sink into the armchair and watch the light shift across the water—a peaceful spot to read or simply reflect. Three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms offer a place to unwind.

The first king-size room includes an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

On the upper floor, the second king-size bedroom features a gable window and an indulgent en-suite with a slipper bath and rainfall shower in warm gold tones—perfect for easing into the evening.

The adult bunk room provides a comfortable space for additional guests.

Back on the first floor, a separate bathroom with a bath, basin and WC invites you to soak and relax as the day winds down. Outside, spiral stairs from the balcony lead down to a shared garden, where the coastal breeze carries the scent of wildflowers and sea spray.

Whether you're planning cliffside walks, beach days, or wandering Tenby’s colourful streets, the location offers endless inspiration. As night falls at 10 Brython Place, let the hush of the sea lull you into sleep, ready to greet another day beneath the spellbinding Welsh skies. Note: This property can be booked with Refs 1124788, 1124787, and 1124790 together, sleeping up to 19 guests.

About the location

TENBY

Pembroke 11 miles; Carmarthen 26 miles.

The bustling seaside resort of Tenby, known within Wales as “The Jewel in the Crown", is majestically positioned on the spectacularly beautiful 'Welsh Riviera'. Tenby is part of the stunning 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, where the water is warmed by the Gulf Stream and the county is one of the sunniest places in the UK. Enclosed by medieval walls, this beautiful town features a maze of cobbled streets, hosting an array of quirky shops, an indoor locally-sourced food market, tea rooms, and tempting restaurants. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for! A boat trip to Caldey Island is recommended to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the monastery and island scenery, and you can enjoy seal and puffin sightings en-route! Explore the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House, or visit the nearby resorts of Saundersfoot or Manorbier. Folly Farm offers everything from old-fashioned fairground rides to animals both local and exotic! The perfect location for an enjoyable and varied holiday.

Please note: There is ongoing refurbishment work at this four-storey house. The apartments on floors one and two are available to guests, the car park and access via the front of the house are complete. Work is continuing on the rear garden and lower ground floor apartments.
