We had a superb time at Larkhill in Tenby, the house is very nicely finished to a good standard.

It is not often that you can say it is "as advertised" - but Larkhill is!

It is absolutely stunning, clean, everything in best order and only a footstool downhill (and a bit up again) to Tenby centre and North Beach Fantastic holiday let, fantastic city and beaches as well as surrounding countryside. Much welcomed welcome pack to have a cuppa and Welsh cake after arrival, and loads of valuable info about the area is offered. Can only recommend! (If you have a large car, the offroad parking can be tricky but is manageable if you know your car. Plus, double beds are on the smaller side, goodf for cuddling, if it's not as super hot as during our stay)

This house was so beautiful, well equipped and spotless like stepping into a show home.

Every detail has been thought about. Great location for Tenby and easy 15 min walk into town and the beach. We had a wonderful short break my boys also loved the welcome pack.

Lovely house, and good location walking distance to Tenby and the beach!

Guaranteed parking spot and well kept outdoor areas. We found the kitchen well equipped and spacious and the bedrooms comfy. Only a small thing we thought could be better - the TV was a bit high up. Overall a great stay and owners helpful and responsive, would recommend!

Larkhill is a beautiful house.

It was spotlessly clean and tidy and warm and cosy. The kitchen had everything that you needed and more. The beds and chairs were really comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. In a great location as you are able to walk into Tenby and walk to the beach. Lovely spacious tidy garden and great to have off-road parking. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Well recommended.

One of the best cottages we have stayed in, extremely clean and very well equipped, plus a parking space which is a bonus in Tenby.

We recently spent the week in Larkhill.

Lovely clean, spacious accommodation with a nice big back garden to relax in. A welcome pack was really appreciated. Previous comments mentioned a steep hill when walking back to the house from town but we’re in our mid 70’s and we managed it without too many problems, and we did it twice a day. So it was a lovely place in a nice area with plenty of local walks, we had some good meals in Tenby so would recommend staying here.

Beautiful clean spacious house.

Berwyn was,a wonderful host and kept in contact before and afterwards.We were welcomed with a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated.There was,also the bonus off being able to park at the back of the property. Absolutely everything you needed for a great holiday.

We had a lovely time in Tenby, the house was immaculate, the downstairs area had plenty of room for our teenagers with 2 sitting rooms, we found the 3rd bedroom very small for my teenage daughter with a single bed, and found it very very noisy the traffic outside the front of the property on very busy road, we would stay at Tenby again but found the location of the house a bit far out for us, and very steep into town, the parking was great with a space around the back.

We could of utilised another set of towels the ones we had were very small and thin quality. Thank you for the welcome pack we really enjoyed the goodies.

Our second time staying at Larkhill and another great visit.

The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. A lovely welcome pack of treats too. The walk back from town and up the hill can test the legs of little ones if they've had a long day, but really not so far as to be a problem.

Lovely house well equipped and immaculate a real home from home .

The only drawback for me was I thought the hill leading to the house was a bit more than a gradual slope for anyone with breathing difficulties.

Brilliantly clean & comfortable cottage!

Excellent communication with Berywn and he went over and beyond in assisting us. Baby cot was replaced upon request within a few hours. Berywn even very kindly posted out a couple of kids belongings that were left. Very much recommended, close to the beaches. May God bless you!

Beautiful property.

Very good, modern, clean and tidy.

Everything has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible and it’s a lot better than others I’ve stayed in around the same area. Hosts also very easy to contact when we had extra requests.

We’ve been staying in Pembrokeshire for the last 12 years.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had. Very clean and beautifully designed property. Lovely garden and great location (although a little hilly if you have very little ones) personal hamper when we arrived was a lovely touch. My only comment was the beds were uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect

Having stayed at Larkhill for 3 weeks we cannot find any fault with this beautiful home away from home light, airy, clean and comfortable property.

The sun room looking out onto the garden was an added bonus watching the birds fly by. The owners were very friendly and on hand if needed and the generous welcome pack very much appreciated. Lots to do nearby with stunning beaches and the RAF museum is a must for an interesting visit. Also lots of places to visit with children nearby.

I stepped into Larkhill, and I think I stepped into a cleanliness version of heaven.

The property was extremely clean; and also tastefully furnished with very warm and pastel colours. There was a welcome package that had a nice and personal touch to it. One thing was obvious at Larkhill - the intentionality behind the furnishing and the availability of all required household items. We would recommend Larkhill, 100% to everyone and anyone. It is an amazing place to stay in Tenby and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

A very nicely refurbished property, in a quiet area.

Well equipped, with plenty of pans,crockery and utensils. Parking at the rear of the property was no problem for our Ford Puma but a larger car may find the approach and manoevering challenging. There was little opportunity to park at the front. The walk to the town and harbour is down a fairly steep hill and takes about 30 mins. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tenby and would be happy to booking this house again.

10 min walk to North Beach. Great garden, friendly helpful owners, nice neighbours, really well equipped, on street (free) parking as well as an off-street parking space at the rest of the cottage. First time in Tenby and we loved it. High recommend, would definitely stay at Larkhill again.

Lovely property that has been very well kept.

The house is about 10-15 minute walk to town centre and the lovely Tenby beaches. Off road parking was great. We had a great week and would highly recommend this house as a great base for holiday to Tenby

We had a lovely week at Larkhill.

It’s well situated for visiting Tenby and is about a 15 minute walk into town, although it is uphill in places if you don’t like hills. The property is immaculate. It’s been refurbished to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you need. Outside there is a table and chairs and the bi fold doors were great as the weather was beautiful for us. If you are taking small children beware that the side of the property is not gated so you would need supervise them closely as the road at the front is quite busy. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the bathroom is great with a super shower. The only improvement would be larger towels and a bath mat to keep the bathroom floor dry. The wifi worked perfectly and the smart tv was great, although we did have a minor problem with it, this was soon resolved by contacting the owner. Although it says there are 2 parking spaces at the rear, it would be hard to park 2 cars there and get them out easily as the access road is quite tight as there is nowhere to turn around and if a car is parked on the next driveway it was very difficult to swing round to get round it. Fortunately we were able to park on the road at the front most days. Overall we had a lovely holiday and Larkhill is a great base. We visited Caldey Island, Bosherston, Milford Haven marina (great lunch at the hotel) and Carew Castle and of course Tenby itself which has some great shops and cafes.

Beautiful home, high quality throughout.

The property is beautiful with a home from home feel and the location was great with the bonus of off street private parking. The house was spotless and very well equiped. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for our visit to Pembrokeshire. Tenby is a lovely town with plenty to do. The beaches are beautiful and the local restaurants are fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful break and we will be back to see you again soon.

Excellent house ,photographs don’t do it justice decor is lovely everything in it looks brand new but still homely and comfortable .

Kitchen has everything you need if you stay in and cook and nice seating to relax in afterwards .In a prime position to walk into Tenby and added bonus of parking space . You get one of the most generous welcome packs I have ever seen and one of the cleanest houses ever . Would definitely stay there again and hopefully get to use the lovely garden .

We had a fabulous family holiday at Larkhill.

The house was spotlessly clean and really well appointed. It had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The garden was great for the kids to run around in, we had the bi-folds open and ate outdoors quite a few evenings during our stay. The owners are very thoughtful, sending information on parking in advance and they provided the best welcome pack I’ve ever had in a holiday cottage! We walked into Tenby or to one of the three amazing beaches it has to offer every day. Everything is within a 15 min walk so all very accessible. Would highly recommend Larkhill if you’re planning a trip to Tenby!

We had a fantastic stay at Larkhill and would definitely visit again.

The property was inviting, immaculately clean and very well presented. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The welcome pack was a thoughtful touch with some generous treats to enjoy throughout our stay. One suggestion to improve the listing would be to give a more accurate Google maps reference. We put the postcode into street view and it took us to the estate behind, so it was difficult to understand exactly where the property was situated before we booked.

Lovely stay at Larkhill it had everything we needed and more.

It’s really spacious and recently modernised with lovely garden area and free apples from the apple tree! A short fifteen minute walk to Tenby beaches. Great to have private parking space and there’s loads to do nearby too

Beautiful house Well located for sea and Pembrokeshire Well appointed The walk to beach and town is a steep one down and uphill so may not suit anyone with mobility requirements There is quite alot of road noise as busy main road but it stops at nightime so didnt bother us too much Beautiful part of the world to visit

The house was lovely everything you need ,the pictures definitely don't do it justice, it's so much nicer The owner left us butter in the fridge brought us a large bottle of milk and lots of goodies ,which was a lovely surprise I would definitely recommend staying at Larkhill, it' was easy to just relax ,the garden is excellent ,a great outdoor area with table and chairs,great for a family meal .

Also the beds are comfy no problem sleeping Just relax and enjoy

Absolutely fantastic property.

It is beautifully decorated throughout and so clean. Everything you could need for your holiday. Brilliant location, easy to walk into Tenby (but a hill on the way back). Also perfect for exploring the rest of Pembrokeshire by car, loads of beaches and castles within easy reach. Also lots of activities for kids such as folly farm close by. Do not hesitate to book, we would book again in a heartbeat. Really pleased, great holiday

We visited for three nights to celebrate our daughters 2nd Birthday.

The house is lovely, child friendly and beautiful. Don’t hesitate and just book this place, you won’t be disappointed. This house is better in real life than pictures. I liked that the owners don’t intrude on you but are just a text or call away if needed. There are instructions on how to use everything in this house and the owners have thought about everything! Don’t bring your own towels or toilet roll. It’s all there. Just bring your clothes, self and toiletries. The bonus is that you are literally minutes from South and North beach but central enough to go all around Pembrokeshire. Lots of kids adventures parks around too. The bonus for me was the washing machine and tumble dryer! So pack lightly. Honestly book it and check out Freshwater west beach and go for the sunset which was just stunning. I will be booking this place again.
