Lovely house over three floors about 15 minute walk from the town centre but uphill on the way back.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the two en-suite rooms were lovely the other two were just adequate and small. The only draw back was that there was nowhere to put any food in the kitchen so it was scattered all over, not ideal. Also the welcome basket was mean, not that it is obligatory but we do take it into account when reviewing.

Excellent again Beautiful maintained house, close to town centre and very well equiped.

Another first class holiday in TENBY

Lovely quiet location with parking and easy access.

The house offers plenty of space, comfortable beds, modern shower rooms and a well-equipped kitchen (although there's not much space for food storage). Guests are able to use the swimming pool from 9am-5pm; other times are reserved for owners. Debra responded to a couple of queries promptly and professionally. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Puffins to others.

We found the accommodation perfect for our needs 6 adults and 2 children .

The pool was good and the children thought it was great. It would be a good idea to put early rises next to the kitchen to avoid any noises that might disturb light sleepers. The house has everything one needs for a comfortable stay with a very well equipped kitchen. There is a walk up from the town, for anyone with a reasonable amount of fitness (2 of our party were elderly). It is no problem at all to drop off at the beach with chairs etc and take the short walk down the hill to meet back up. For people going with children Folly Farm is a great day out.

the property needed to be cleaned alot better there were parts that had not been cleaned,all fat marks on the wall by the cooker,dust everywhere which was of putting,hairs in the sinks.

table had food marks on the table mats i wiped them myself,door stop in big bedroom was damaged.there was cobwebs round the top balcany it needs abit of a freahen up. which was a shame really.i would rate this property 3stars not 5 stars like i thought it would be

Absolute diamond of a house, immaculately clean.

Basic supplies were provided for our arrival which were unexpected (including chocolates). Owner sent a welcome text message which was thoughtful and kind. Sufficient pots, pans etc. TVs in all rooms with free WiFi. The snug room (as I call it) in the attic was by far the best - so comfy and views from the balcony. (Shame the mansion house is situated right opposite as the view would have been spectacular if not there or lower in the height). The house was well furnished but minimalistic which made it! We stayed over New Year, so christmas tree was up with a few Xmas Dec's around the house. Amenities - swimming pool, gym & sauna, you could fall into from the house. Have to book your slots for the pool. We had 1 issue with the sauna (wouldnt turn on) reported it to Debs and she resolved within 24 hours. Location - within 10-15 minutes walking of the harbour (downhill) - perfect. 10 minute drive to Saundersfoot. Would highly recommend.

Lovely holiday great place great family holiday

Puffins was lovely and tastefully furnished.

Kitchen had too much china etc so found it difficult to store food. We had two small issues but Debbie sorted them out very quickly and we were very grateful to her. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely like to stay at Puffins again .

We loved our stay at Puffins, the house was just as shown in the photos, and the location was perfect: a view of the sea and golf course from the lounge/top balcony and a short walk to Tenby centre.

We didn’t use the gym/pool facilities but they looked good. We would definitely rebook. Our only (minor) issues were that there was a bit of dust around and under the beds and sofas in the loft, plus although it was very kind to provide what seemed like new M&S towels, it felt like they should have been washed first since they were worse than useless on the absorbency front!! But as I said, these were small issues and didn’t detract from our stay. A big thank you from us all!!

We enjoyed an excellent stay in Tenby, the accommodation offered high specification and provided plenty of space for adults and kids.

Good parking space and the access to the pool drew us to this property. Debb is always at hand for any questions you may have. I would come back.

Amazing holiday the property of Puffin was brilliant all that was needed for our comfort was supplied.

What a wonderful place for a holiday!

This house is beautifully decorated and spotless. Plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms are all top quality and feel like spa quality. It’s in the town but loved the quiet residential location but only a few minutes walk from the beaches and shops. The swimming pool and gym were wonderful to use, keeping the kids entertained on rainy days. All this with sea views as well. Can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing stay, the house was very tastefully decorated and had all the essentials needed.

The manager messaged me back immediately when I contacted her. The house was situated within walking distance of the beaches and Tenby Town. The pool was lovely and we had lots of fun in it, it was a bonus extra which we really took advantage of. We were able to visit lots of the beautiful beaches to walk the dogs within 20/,30 mins drive. We didn't want to come home. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Perfect house for a great holiday!

We enjoyed the comfort and space this house gives you. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and slept so well! It's in a lovely part of town which is in a quiet residential area, but is 5 minutes walk from North beach and the shops in town. Lovely sea views from the house and the indoor pool and sauna are great.

The property itself was outstanding which I could not fault!

But what followed ruined a long weekend celebrating our niece’s 30th birthday. The day after we arrived 4 men booked in next door & made Saturday night unbearable playing loud music with loud shouting & singing till 6am. To ad insult we found them in the pool of that morning in our designated slot which was upsetting for my nieces little ones. They left a day early! I should add these were not the type of boys we were comfortable confronting.

We loved our stay at Puffins, it was the perfect house for us.

Having the access to the pool/gym/sauna was great for the teenagers (and adults!). The layout of the house worked really well, allowing guests to have their own space but also lovely communal areas to get together. The upstairs lounge with the balcony and views across to Tenby beach was fabulous. Having multiple bathrooms was also great, and the house was really well decorated and furnished and felt very comfortable and cosy. We'll definitely be returning!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Puffins.

The house is so well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need! The location was fantastic. One of our party has mobility issues and the ground floor bedroom with en-suite was perfect, the access via ramp was also a huge bonus. The pool was lovely and it was great that we had it to ourselves. We have already recommended the house to several friends!

Fantastic house which was exactly as described.

Great attention to detail from tasteful decoration of each room to Netflix,Prime and dishwasher tablets. Location was perfect with a short walk into Tenby and North Beach. The dog friendly South Beach was a little further. Would definitely book again if return to Tenby as suited us (7 adults plus a dog).

plenty of space.good kitchen plenty of utensils, crockery,glasses,cutlery and everything worked. Felt home from home. Great lounge for all the family.showers great and no complaints about the beds everyone in our party was happy.thank you.

Beautiful accommodation.

Spacious, very comfortable and very clean. Close to the North Beach. Balcony ideal for early morning coffee with views of the sea. Additional luxury of a bookable pool for your party's exclusive use. 2 parking spaces. Would recommend in an instant and would definitely rebook.

Fantastic property in a great location.

An easy walk into Tenby and a great base to explore the wonders of Pembrokeshire. Easily slept our family of four and my parents, so three generations, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind after great days exploring. An awesome place to stay.

Cannot fault our stay in this wonderful property!

We booked extremely last minute and the Owners could not have been more accommodating - they had received a late cancellation themselves but made sure the accommodation was cleaned and ready for our arrival the next day. We are familiar with Tenby already but were pleased to find it was 10 minute walk into the centre of town and a cheap taxi ride home (£4) due to bad weather. It's on the same road as North beach and you can walk there in around 5 minutes. As we’d arrived in such a hurry we were delighted to find that the property catered for our every need. The kitchen has every utensil you could need and the living space was perfect for a larger group with wonderful sea views from the top floor balcony! Another bonus to this property is the on-site swimming pool which can be booked exclusively for your group - unfortunately due to other commitments we were only able to use this once but its a great addition to the accommodation. We really hope to book again for next year when we will have time to really enjoy a relaxed stay in this wonderful property.

Wonderful House!

Sea views, swimming pool,gym and sauna. We really enjoyed our stay here. Obviously Tenby is beautiful, but we were so delighted when we walked through the front door. The house is lovely, really pleasantly furnished with quality furniture. The bed we slept in was extremely comfortable and the nicest thing, the house was immaculate! That made such a difference to our stay. The top floor balcony had a lot of use as the views are stunning, lovely quiet place to be and enjoy. Location is great, a short walk to the beach, and being back from the town a little meant it was lovely and quiet, with no traffic noise. It’s a lovely bonus to have the pool and sauna facilities, just book in first and you have them entirely to yourself. We really can’t fault our visit. And we’ll go again next year with friends.

This is a lovely, top quality house, which ticks all the boxes.

Its got everything you need and we particularly liked the sea views from the top floor lounge and balcony. The storage locker is really useful on the rear patio. The house is beautifully decorated and has the use of a swimming pool in the adjacent building. You have your own use of this, once you’ve booked your session in the book they keep in the reception area, which serves the pool, the sauna and the gym which you can book between 9 and 5. It’s a short walk into town, but in a quieter area with it’s own parking so ideally placed. We had sleepy children one evening and got a taxi back from town and it was under a fiver.
