Our third visit to this delightful apartment overlooking north beach.

Perfectly equipped and positioned for the two of us and our working Cocker spaniel who has a whale of a time on the beaches. Love Tenby too.

What an amazing place this is.

So clean, cosy and comfortable and those views are gorgeous! There was everything you could need. The beds, chairs and sofa were comfy, heating and hot water (necessary in Feb) all set just right. Highly recommend! Also really loved the area with lots of places to eat and everyone being so friendly. We loved watching the sun rises, beaches and people watching from the lounge window. Very relaxing. Will definitely return to Beachtop in the future.

Looking for a place to sit back and recharge we found the listing for the flat and it seemed the perfect place to unwind.

It exceeded our hopes and was a wonderful place to stay. Just sitting in the bay chatting and watching the boats and people go by was so relaxing that we didn't feel the need to turn on the TV once. Most definitely will be returning soon and cannot recommend this flat enough.

We loved sitting in the bay window looking out to the beach and harbour. We couldn’t fault it! Tenby was great too, helped by the sunny weather. Lovely pubs and restaurants all on the doorstep.

Very well equipped, comfortable and immaculate. We did have a problem during our stay due to building work which impacted our stay, however, the owner was communicative and we decided to continue our stay. Post building work we would definitely stay again.

Lovely location great views and accommodation is perfect for two.

1 Beachtop Court is a lovely apartment in an absolutely prime position, overlooking beautiful North Beach and just steps away from a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops (practically all very dog friendly-loved that!

) The apartment itself is really comfortable and has everything you might need for your break, a real home from home! The star of the show though is that incredible seaview from the bay window, complete with two very comfy armchairs from which to enjoy it. Tenby town has much to offer but is also a great central point from which to explore the gorgeous Pembrokeshire coastline. Highly recommend!!

Apartment very central with amazing views.

Property comfy, clean and had all amenities. Although close too shops it was very quiet and was not disturbed at all. Would recommend

Great view of bay but so noisy on main road, no parking, above select and save shop which unloads at approximately 10 pm !

This should be mentioned when advertising because we simply would not of paid exaggerated price ! Sorry but we went home two days early .

What a really lovely property - obviously well loved and well thought out by the owners - it has everything you could possibly want - a real home from home.

Such comfortable furnishings, especially the chairs/sofa - perfect for sitting in the window overlooking the sea, beach and harbour, and watching the world go by. Perfect location - a short stroll to everywhere. Tenby isn’t big but it has lovely beaches to wander along and a host of eating and drinking places. We absolutely loved it.

We spent many hours just enjoying the Vista before us. Everything you need is on the doorstep in Tenby.

This property was lovely and the location was fantastic we will be going back as we really enjoyed being there and had a great time the view over the harbour was fantastic you will not be disappointed with what this apartment has to offer.

We love the apartment was our 2nd time visiting and rebooked for next year already location is fantastic, amazing views very comfortable bed would recommend to anyone.

My own issue is the bedroom shutters let the light early in the morning but that's only because I like complete darkness in a bedroom so just a personal preference.

My wife and l enjoyed this apartment immensely.

It was so comfortable and convenient for all the amenities and the views were absolutely stunning. The only drawback for me was, as I suffer from extreme arthritis, l could not open the key vaults or the main building door to get out. We both have had difficulty with the key vaults in all the Sykes Cottages we have stayed in so far, so l could never stay on my own. What did amaze us, is that the owners have thought of everything to ensure that their clients have a wonderful experience in this apartment, so many gadgets for every need. Excellently thought out and very a pleasurable stay in this apartment.

This apartment is very nicely decorated and is very well kept and maintained.

The seats that are set within the bay window are so comfortable and together with just reading a book with a cuppa - great for just watching the world go by. Location is perfect for walking, browsing, coffee stops, and really nice restaurants

This is a lovely apartment right on the seafront with views to die for.

The property is tastefully decorated, clean & comfortable. Situated right in the heart of the town with everything you need within easy walking distance.

Could not fault the flat, the only negative bit was the entrance hall.

There was a full bin liner on the floor and junk mail everywhere. We moved the mail but the bag was still there when we left.

The apartment was really nice ,modern everything you needed at hand , apartment as described,overlooking the sea.

We enjoyed our stay , the only fault was DHL made several deliveries late at night , which we didnt think would happen .

Overall property is excellent .

It's an ideal location especially during the six weeks holidays because you have amazing views of the fireworks on a Sunday evening.

The accommodation is really comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. I will definitely book again. My only issue that I have which I don't think the owner is aware of is that the local traffic enforcement staff employed by the council are literally camped outside the main entrance door to the apartment. Making access awkward at times.

This has to be close to the perfect holiday flat.

It is situated on the edge of Tenby’s vibrant shopping area and has uninterrupted views across Tenby’s bustling harbour and busy main beach. The flat itself is modern, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Unavoidably we couldn’t arrive until past 10pm after a fairly long drive. This meant the teabags, fresh milk, and Welsh Cakes we found waiting for us were very well received; as was the very nice bottle of Merlot. All in all, a superb holiday home.

We had a great week in Tenby staying in this lovely apartment!

It was very clean, comfortable and attractively decorated. The location is both a positive & slight negative - it is v central with the most stunning views, however we found the road was noisy at times. When we had a small issue with the heating, the owner was responsive and v helpful. One small suggestion would be to provide lightweight summer duvets and/or flat sheets.

We had a great week staying at Beachtop court , would definitely stay again .

We loved the armchairs in the window looking at the view of harbour and beach, I could have sat there all day. Very enjoyable flat and Tenby it self which you are well situated to enjoy. Will definitely go back to Tenby and the flat.

Couldn't believe the beautiful view we had from watching the sunrise the boats on the water this made our holiday one of the best places we have stayed in. So clean and welcoming. We did think that we may not be warm enough with night storage heaters how wrong we were. In fact we had to turn the temperature right down. Bliss. I can't recommend this place enough. Just book it.

We have been locked down since March 2000 and we enjoyed the position of the flat, the views and the environment.

We were so pleased that upon arrival at home we have booked again for next year.

Just as before, fantastic apartment, great views and comfortable.

The only problem we had was the Savers shop had a delivery at 10.30 at night and lasted a hour and half with the doors going up and down and shouting and tailgate noise.

The views from 1Beachtop Court are beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable and lovely to come back to after a day out sightseeing.

It's a lovely place to enjoy the sights of Tenby. The kitchen is stocked with good quality items. No need to bring anything it's all there, and the knives are sharp which makes a pleasant change.

We had a lovely 4 nights in this apartment.

It had everything we needed and is in a great location so everything is in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable especially the bed. The only problem we found was the hot water pressure in the kitchen was very low. Would definitely go back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our accommodation was superb with an astonishing view

It's all about the views, which really are stunning.

Also high quality furniture / furnishings & well equipped. Ideally located for the high street & beach. And did I mention the views?! Unfortunately that's where it ends. It's location is also it's main downfall, it's on a busy noisy street - don't expect an early night or a lay in, I just couldn't relax fully & left a day early (the 6:45 AM window cleaner was the final straw - thought it was burglars they were making so much noise!!). Clearly there's been some money spent on the property a few years ago, but it's starting to look a little tired in places (carpets/bathroom) & the levels of cleanliness are below standard (could write in the dust in places!!), especially in the current COVID climate where the hand sanitiser hadn't even been refilled. As much as I loved the views I wouldn't return or recommend this property. If you are going to go, a couple of little tips - take some decent ear plugs & also plenty of change if you plan to use the multi-storey car park as it only accepts coins.

The holiday home was excellent .

The outstanding thing was the view of tenby Bay from the window stunning. It was extremely central to facilities . Lovely comfortable and clean. One complaint the stairways leading up the the first floor were dirty dark and dingy very off putting on first impressions could do with painting, new flooring etc

What a fabulous apartment this is.

The setting is perfect, you couldn't get any closer to the beach, and we loved watching the sea from our window every day. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped with all you might need for a lovely holiday, whatever the season or weather. Our 6 month old puppy was very at home and welcome in so many cafes and pubs in and around Tenby.

We enjoyed walking around Tenby and other places such as Narberth and Carew Castle. The weather wasn't great but we had a lovely sunny day on Friday

Wonderful, couldn't ask for anything more.

One thing I would like to say though, after being there for 4 days, someone from upstairs asked if our TV was working. As we never had it on we didn't know. So we tried it and no, it didn't work. Seems like none of the TVs in the block worked. But as we don't watch TV it never bothered us. Would definitely go again.

One of the best holidays we have experienced, so much so that we have already booked the same apartment for next year!! Top marks!

Bedroom window painted shut, could not be opened for ventilation.

Hot water ran at a trickle but easily augmented by boiling kettle.Two minor problems in an otherwise lovely accommodation. That location and view from the window is more than adequate compensation for trivial discomforts. For the second successive year we had a lovely time in Tenby. When we consider our first booking last year was made in error (We intended to go to St. David's and on the Google search we received a photograph of the window view and booked it based on that. When we realised it was the "wrong" location we decided to go with it anyway. Probably one of the most fortunate mistakes we've ever made).

Weather wasn't as kind as it could have been and external decorators had a scaffold up for part of our holiday.

In spite of this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped, comfortable apartment. The fascinating, constantly changing views over the North Beach and down to the harbour were a constant source of wonder. An only slight niggle is that since there is no way of disposing of household waste the rubbish bin is on the small size.

Everything we needed to make our holiday a pleasure could be found in the flat, every room was clean and tidy and everything we needed for self catering was available.

The views from the windows are outstanding and the town centre is only a short walk away, I think that Tenby has something for everyone, good food good walks and stunning views. Loooking forward to the next time.

Everything you need. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard. A perfect location. The view must be one of the best in Tenby overlooking North beach and harbour and the same as many tou see on postcards and paintings in shops. A perfect way to end the day sipping a glass of bubbly looking out to sea and watching the tide come in.

The apartment was amazing, and the hosts had supplied some little goodies which was a pleasant surprise! The apartment was very clean and almost perfect, the sofa bed, when we pulled it out the undercover on the mattress had some black fog hair on which we were able to remove with a wet wipe and then put the bed sheet on so all was well. The apartment had been decorated to a high standard and we were all able to relax easily!

We had a wonderful holiday- the apartment was beautiful and ideally located.

We thought that tenby was dog friendly but although the pubs etc are there is only 1 dog friendly beach which was the other side of the town.

The flat was fantastic and we would perhaps go again without the dog or out of season when the dog is ok on the beach .

Aided by the best weather in living memory and a wonderful apartment, I had a truly fantastic holiday.

I did miss on the property spec that there wasn't any WiFi but this didn't spoil the enjoyment of our holiday would go there again.

What a fantastic apartment, beautifully furnished and decorated.

As we stayed at the apartment I wondered to myself what I would do to improve it? To my surprise there was nothing that could be improved on. Tastefully presented and immaculately clean the apartment is 50 or so metres from the hustle and bustle of Tenby town centre, close enough to be convenient however far enough away that there was not any noise from the busy town. I was surprised at a review that I read highlighting the fact that the street cleaner came at 0730 every day, the first day I heard it subconsciously but it is not offensive and a small price to pay for an unusually clean town. Lovely people and many dog friendly pubs and Restaurants inc the Lighthouse Kitchen which deserves a special mention as of the highest quality and great value. The team inc Amy looked after our every need during our three visits in the week we were on holiday. Our first visit, inspired by the Tenby TV programme, was a great success and Beachtop Court was perfect for our needs. PS A quality bed and bedding was an extra bonus. Amazing apartment , immaculately clean and well decorated and good supply of crockery , saucepans etc all clean and shiny .

The view is to die for , best we ever had here and made up for the rubbish weather . Only disappointment was a lot of the resteraunts and pubs closed for refurb which limited our choice with a dog ! Would Definately book this apartment again , very comfortable and cosy ......love sitting in the window watching the world go by and seeing everyone who looks up saying , wish we were there

Didn't want to come home the weather wasn't great but was quite happy to sit by the window and take in the views. This apartment is a little gem.
