    “The owner kindly called us early to inform us the property was ready, which was lovely after a 3 hour drive, on arrival at the property we found, the 3rd back bedroom locked, so could only use 2 bedrooms, understand we was a small family.”

    But would have liked to access all rooms, from arrival, so could choose which room to sleep in. we contacted the owner on the second day, to ask for it to be unlocked, due to front bedroom letting in to much light. Owner agreed to unlock the 3rd bedroom, coming in to do so when we was out. The childrens bedroom has a PlayStation available not a xbox like described, The general cleanliness of the property was overall ok, but windows were very dirty, inside and out. Personally i felt there was to ...

Personally i felt there was to many items in the property which was not needed, making the property cluttered. We had to move a lot of things to make space, The property needs some Maintenance, one window in the living room would not open, most windows upstairs would not shut, when it rains the drains outside drip, its all you can hear in the nigh. The heating is controlled by owner, you have to text them for it to be turned up. Your not left a front door key, only having access to the back door, leading into a very small kitchen. No space to take coats / shoes off. The property location is very good, you can walk to beach, town and supermarket.

Dringarth is a lovely town house situated in the town of Tenby just eleven miles from Pembroke in Pembrokeshire.

The house can sleep six people in two double bedrooms and a family room with triple bunks and single sofa bed as well as family bathroom and ground floor shower room.

Also in the property is a kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area.

Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio garden with furniture and BBQ.

Dringarth is an ideal base for families and friends to enjoy exploring this lovely part of the country. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
