Quiet place in the middle of nowhere.

When we arrived we parked at the back but the key code was at the front, which we didn’t know. I phoned the owner and she came quickly and showed us around. The Welcome pack was ideal and so much information in it. The field behind the cottage was ideal for our dog to play and be off lead. The nearest village is about 9 miles away and there is a large Co-op there. It’s an ideal base if you want to go out for the day.

Owners were very helpful when we had any issues.

Once again we had a lovely time at the cottage and will definitely be coming back.

Had a nice quiet week, very comfy and clean, a bit out of the way though, owners away for first 4 days of our stay, was dissapointed they didn't come and knock to say hello and ask if everything was okay.

We had a warm welcome and really appreciated the treats.

Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. The house was warm with good amenities large fridge freezer and a good size cooker. Really appreciated the underfloor heating.

The cottage was OK and appreciated the few groceries to start off our holiday I would definitely not say it is pet friendly not in my book anyway too many rules it felt like i was been told what i can and can't do on my holiday but seem happy yo have the money for the 6 days we were there to me it's more for couples the garden furniture its very tired and falling to bits the back gate needs a new lock on it as it wasn't secure really and your going out onto a main road so if have dogs or children not great all that said the beds were very comfy and bedding very clean which is so lovely

Cosy cottage in a quiet location

We had a fantastic 7 day stay.

We as a whole family including 2 dogs loved it. Plenty of space inside and out of the cottage, and was lovely and clean. The cottage is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Both us adults and children loved the games room. The wifi didn't work for us, but didn't matter as we watched some of the available dvds provided in an evening, and we left a few we bought from a charity shop in town. The field available for dog walking was just fantastic. It was so peaceful. Bonus points for the welcome gifts and the dog bed,food bowls and treats provided. Thankyou so much for having us!!

We had a really nice time and the property is very nice.

Lovely comfy bed, quiet surroundings, Our only very minor feedback would be was that the tiled floor could have done with a good clean. Walking around in bare feet our feet were filthy after a few minutes of walking around.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The owners are very nice and had provided some treats for me as well as the milk when I arrived. The unit is in a farming area so a bit off the normal track but was easily manageable.

A cosy cottage with all you may need for a comfortable weeks holiday .

Ideal for dogs and even has a large grassed field attached that dogs are allowed to enter and use which is a great bonus. Centrally based for many locations and in a very peaceful and rural part of wales . Nothing to fault and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

After Sykes cancelled our existing holiday let with only 3 weeks to go we were forced to quickly find another one and what a find this was.

Out of all the properties we have stayed in over the years this was the best by far,very very clean spacious nicely decorated for Christmas lovely welcome package everything was just perfect. Property set in the countryside sooo quiet and only half hour drive to nearby town. Pat and Chris(the owners)live next door and were great too. Already booked to go again Christmas 2025 Carl

Pat and Chris were extremely helpful and gave us ideas on local walks and events.

The cottage was great and situated in between a lot of holiday places. The WiFi wouldn’t work at first but you did your best to fix it, and you did. I would like to thank you for finding me a walking stick to help me walk. That helped a lot

This is a well kept and very clean cottage in a very quiet rural location.

Throughout the cottage the standard of maintenance is very high. The owners who live nearby were very kind and willing to resolve any questions during our stay. They leave a small welcome gift to show appreciation for us booking with them. Parking is right near the property. We will gladly return to this property for another holiday.
