Accommodation overall was good.
However minor repairs are needed. The shower in the main bedroom does not drain away and water flowed over into the bathroom which meant another family member needed to use an alternative shower. The lock on the toilet in the living area couldn’t be locked. The velux window in this toilet was covered in cobwebs. The bedroom at the rear of the property didn’t have a lock on the toilet door at all. The plumbing needs attention in both of the en-suites and main bathroom. Lastly the pillows could do wth replacing as they are very flat.
A great location.
This house makes the most of its situation overlooking the wooded valley of Stepaside, as an upside down house the views from the first floor are fantastic. The balcony and outdoor terrace get sun for most of the day if the weather is good. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a large charcoal kettle BBQ. The hot tub was clean and warm..A steep path just off Bryn Beudy cuts through to a lovely flat path to Wiseman's Bridge, you can walk on to Saundersfoot, which takes about 50 minutes. The road to Wiseman's Bridge does pass the property, a little bit of traffic, but it does mean it's very easy to get to Tenby and the rest of Pembrokeshire. The house has a well equipped kitchen with a couple of fridges, a pod coffee machine and is open plan to the comfy lounge. WiFi was good and the house was very clean and well presented.
