Inside, the cottage opens into a carefully considered open-plan layout, arranged across subtle levels to create both flow and definition.

The lounge is warm and inviting, with a premium parmesan paint finish, a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams add a sense of space and character, while soft furnishings and underfloor heating create a comfortable setting to unwind—whether enjoying a quiet evening by the fire or settling in for a film.

The kitchen and dining area continue this high standard, featuring quality cabinetry, stone worktops, and contemporary fittings, all set beneath a striking vaulted ceiling.

It’s a space designed as much for slow breakfasts as it is for relaxed evening meals.

The super-king-size bedroom offers a calm and restful environment, with direct access to both front and rear patios—ideal for letting fresh coastal air shape the rhythm of your day, from morning coffee outside to unwinding after sunset.

The bathroom is finished to an exceptional standard, complete with a roll-top bath for long, indulgent soaks and a spacious walk-in shower for a refreshing start to the day.

Outside, the enclosed garden provides a private space to relax, with patio seating, a gas BBQ, and a lawned area, while the rear patio with picnic bench offers a peaceful setting with views over the Bristol channel and across the surrounding landscape.

A shop and the Oxwich Bay hotel are within easy driving distance, and with private land access to the Wales Coast Path, the beautiful South Gower coastline is only a short stroll away.
