This fabulous three storey Georgian Holiday House in Aberarth (Dewi Villa) is 2 minutes' walk from the pebbled beach where you can join the all Wales coastal path or just relax and enjoy the most spectacular sunsets.

Aberaeron seaside town with its patchwork of colourful Georgian houses, pretty harbour, excellent range of eateries, welcoming pubs and individual shops is just over a mile away.

Aberarth is a great base for a holiday with Aberystwyth, New Quay (famous for its resident dolphins), Borth, Tresaith, Cardigan and Llangrannog all within easy reach.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground floor

Steps lead to the hallway and into the KITCHEN which has French doors opening to a Juliet balcony.

There is a breakfast table with 8 chairs, a range of fitted oak units, electric range cooker with 2 ovens, grill, 5 rings and a hotplate. There is also an integrated fridge and freezer and a dishwasher and tumble dryer.

There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

The hallway has the original tiles, side table with lamp and a chair.

The DINING ROOM has an ornamental fireplace, large dining table with 8 chairs, sideboard with gramophone (ornamental), CD player and bookcase.

The SITTING ROOM has an open fire, comfortable grey sofa, 2 armchairs, TV with freesat and DVD player, coffee table and lamps.

Lower ground floor

French doors lead into a large open plan KITCHEN/DINING AND SITTING ROOM with exposed beams.

The KITCHEN area has a range of fitted cupboards, electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer and a microwave oven.

The DINING area has a dining table and 4 chairs.

The spacious SITTING AREA has two comfortable sofas, coffee table, wall mounted TV, occasional furniture and lamps.

BEDROOM 1 has a super king size bed (which can be un-zipped to make two 3 foot beds when requested), wall mounted TV, bedside tables, chest of drawers with mirror and wardrobe.
There is an adjacent SHOWER ROOM with a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

First floor

Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms.

BEDROOM 2 has a double aspect and is furnished with a double bedstead, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, chest of drawers with TV with built in DVD, armchair and wardrobe. DAB radio and hairdryer also supplied.

There is parking for 2 cars on the sloped drive and more on the roadside and in front of the garage.

The garden is set out over 3 levels with lawns, patio area and a decked area on top terrace with a view of the sea.

There is ample garden furniture for dining and relaxing and a built in Fire pit on terrace.

Very young children would need supervision with terrace steps.

Other Information

There is oil fired central heating throughout, this is included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 October to April. Please pay when booking. One basket of logs is provided for the open fire.

Baby equipment is available - stairgates, cots and a highchair.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.

Wi-Fi is - BT Infinity Broadband and BT TV with BT Sport.
