A lesser known beach in north Wales, Llwyngwril beach is a pebble beach with views to die for. If ever you wanted to capture iconic images of north Wales and the Snowdonia National Park, then this is a great place to start.
Dolphin and porpoise are spotted frequently from the beach here and you can also walk your dog as there are no dog restrictions.
There are rock pools for the kids to explore and a small river makes it way to the sea here also. The beach is also quite popular during the winter with surfers and wind surfers making good use of the swells on either side of the point.
The village behind the beach has both a pub and a small shop and there is a car park with toilet facilities nearby.
