“There were 8 adults in our party and there was plenty of space for all of us.”

All of the bedrooms were a decent size and all had some kind of storage for clothes which was really good. The property was neat, tidy and very clean. The kitchen was probably the best equipped I have seen and we like to cook whilst away so that was great. Do not understand though, why there are so many TVs but no hairdryer? After the weekend, some of our party went home and left 4 adults. Don’t think we could have coped for the week with one shower if all 8 of us had stayed. The dipping tub ...

The dipping tub is a novelty which my daughter in law who is tiny quite enjoyed but would be much better with another shower. Property owner was very helpful and responded immediately when I rang to say we were a bit cold by turning the heating up a bit. Found the downstairs to be colder than the upstairs. Front bedrooms are a bit noisy because of road proximity and the fact there are lots of students back and forth. The automatic lights on the landing and in the bathroom did everyone’s head in. Every time anyone went to the loo in the night, light flashes around the edges of the doors and you end up thoroughly woken up. Apart from these nibbles, it’s a lovely property and is in a good situation, being easy walking distance from the town.

Thank you for your honest review however in our response I would like to say that it is a known fact that heat rises ( that s why upstairs is warmer ). The lights being automatic would not have a different affect on lights shining to a regular switch light when switched on . The Japanese bath is in place after a lot of consideration we were going to put another shower in but unfortunately the room is too narrow & would mean bricking up the window! I take on board the request for a hair dryer which we will purchase. Thank you for staying with us /Diolch yn fawr. Property Owner
