Perfect for an escape with friends or family, this Libanus cottage is the ultimate choice for anyone seeking a scenic escape to Wales.

Enter through the traditional barn door, stooping as you step in, to find a neat kitchen/diner hosting all the essentials you could need for a week-long stay; prepare a tasty breakfast with the assistance of the electric oven/grill to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, or choose to dine alfresco with some fresh produce from one of the local shops.

Leaving from the kitchen you will find two steep sets of stairs; one leading up to a 4' double with an en-suite shower room and the other set leading to the second bedroom of a double also with an en-suite shower room, each room offering a homely interior and tremendous views to wake up to.

Also on the first floor rests the living/dining room where you can enjoy relaxing with your loved ones when you're not out exploring the excitement of the local area.

There is also a lockable boot room, which is suitable for bike storage, with a tumble drier, heated towel rail and clothes rail.

Spend your mornings sat out admiring your stunning surroundings, depending on the time of year, you may see cattle and sheep on the working farm.

Alternatively, take a stroll out to explore your surroundings up close, with a plethora of walking and cycling routes from your doorstep to make the most of including along the Usk Reservoir and hiking amongst Pen y Fan, while those seeking a more leisurely day out should be sure to explore the nearby market town of Sennybridge where you will find all you could need for a self-catered stay including welcoming pubs, shops, cafés, eateries and a regular livestock market.

There are plenty of opportunities for birdwatching and horse riding in the local area too for those looking to get close to nature, or enjoy a day out with a difference with a trip to the the award-winning show caves at Dan-yr-Ogof with a Dinosaur Park hosting 220 life-sized dinosaur models too!
