“The property was beautifully clean thanks to Sharon and Rob who live next door and care for it on behalf of the owners.”

Unfortunately a sticker has been put on all the windows ( by the owners) in the cottage to keep them open on the locked latch. That may be ok if the weather is warm. Our weather was cool with a cold wind for almost all the 2 weeks we were there which spoilt the cosiness of the cottage. If the property suffers with a damp issue the owners need to sort it.

Hi Patricia thankyou for your comments, our property does not have a damp issue, guests need to be reminded that a stone cottage such as ours requires constant ventilation it is not like a regular property brick built. So the window stickers to gentlybremmind guests about ventilation is only for that purpose obviously if the weather is cool I would not expect guests to have windows open. Thankyou for your custom over the last couple years unfortunately our journey of holiday letting Honeyborough Farm will shortly be coming to an end, it has been a good journey albeit difficult when guests did not understand our goals thankyou again The owner Karyn Barry Property Owner
