  • “Willows was as listed with great views of Newport bay.”

Bedrooms were comfortable. Unfortunately the house had not had a deep clean as was stated by you to meet the necessary changes made to entry and exit, I.e. dirty frying pan and roasting tray, unwashed mug, dust under table marked with initials of previous tenants, a Golden Lion receipt dated April 2020, lying under en-suite bedroom, brass pin from hairdryer plug found in bedside drawer, obviously hairdryer didn’t work, requested heating changes never materialised even after a number of visits ...

This was our very first experience of not having control over the heating of a property. We did, however, greatly appreciate the support from the coast and country staff.

The property

Enjoying a quiet location just off the Parrog Road in Newport, this newly renovated detached dormer bungalow enjoys superb coastal views of Newport Beach, Morfa Head and the bay.

Parrog beach, shops, restaurants and pubs are all within an easy 10 minute walk.

Newport Sands is a 3 mile drive or a pleasant half hour walk.

There is an excellent 18 hole golf course overlooking the beach and wonderful walks on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

If you are bringing a dog with you, Parrog beach is dog friendly as is the coastal path and the many other walks available around Newport.

All the rooms enjoy superb sea views and the house is set out with upside down living to make the most of the stunning seascape.
