“The cottage itself is very comfortable, well appointed and very well equipped.”

The main problem is the location. It is set directly on a very busy and very noisy main road. In order to get to the outside garden you have to cross a lane adjacent to that road which makes it really unhelpful for getting the dog into the garden unless it's on a leash. The surrounding areas are very nice with great beaches but only if you drive to them. There really isn't anywhere within a reasonable walking distance.
