The cottage itself was beautifully clean, with lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas. The owners have planned the garden well and even it is raining, there was somewhere out of the weather to sit, blankets and candles provided! The kitchen was well equipped, all utensils were super clean, with a good supply of kitchen cloths/scourers etc. A great deal of thought has gone into the little things provided in the cottage, which made our stay very comfortable. WI-FI good! The owners seem to have thought of everything! I would not hesitate recommending the cottage, ideally located for the many walks, inland and coastal with easy access to Cardigan (great coastal path circular walk/5 miles from Poppit Sands and Ferry Inn Pub/Restaurant very good), New Quay (Dolphin spotting), Newport (free parking at the Parrog car park), Fishguard, the National Botanical Gardens (50 mins…try stopping at Forest Arms Brechfa on the way back) or Aberystwyth (steam railway definitely worth going and Devils Bridge gorge walk).
