This very comfortable detached dormer holiday bungalow situated in the Town of Newport is just a 5 minute walk from the town centre and 10 minutes from Parrog beach.
Newport is known as the pearl of the Pembrokeshire coastline and it has everything you could wish for in a holiday destination with a good selection of individual shops, pubs and restaurants, plus two beaches and all of this backed by Carningli (Angel Mountain).
Access to the Pembrokeshire coastal path is at Parrog and there are 186 miles of stunning coastal path to enjoy.
During off peak times, the property is available with a discount for 2 guests with the use of the downstairs rooms only.
Ground Floor
Entrance is into the porch and through to the hallway.
The KITCHEN and DINING ROOM is at the back of the house and enjoys sea views over the garden.
The KITCHEN has a range of fitted maple units with a gas hob and integral appliances of electric oven and microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
The UTILITY ROOM has a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and an extra fridge. A door leads to the garden.
The DINING ROOM has a dining table with seating for 8 and opens into the CONSERVATORY which is furnished with a cane three piece suite and has views of the garden and the sea beyond.
The SITTING ROOM has views towards Carn Ingli mountain, enjoys a multi fuel stove and is furnished with three large and comfortable sofas, TV and DVD.
BEDROOM 1 has zip'n'link beds which can be made up as two 3 foot beds or pushed together to make one huge 6 foot bed (please state your preference when booking). There are bedside tables, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The SHOWER ROOM has a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Carpeted stairs lead to the First Floor which has velux windows and partially sloped ceilings.
BEDROOM 2 & BEDROOM 3 are furnished with double beds, bedside tables, chest with mirror and a wardrobe.
BEDROOM 4 has a single, a day bed/sofa (for occasional use), bedside chest and a wardrobe.
All the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
The BATHROOM has a suite of white bath, hand held shower, WC and hand basin.
There is a fully enclosed garden to the rear of the property, it has sea views and as well as lawn and patio areas there are attractive borders.
Garden furniture is provided.
There is a gated drive to the fore with parking for about 4 cars and a boat.
There is an integral garage with space to store surfboards/kayaks etc.
There is full gas central heating throughout the cottage, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £45 per week at all other times (please pay this at the time of booking). One basket of logs is provided and more are available locally.
A travel cot, highchair and fitted stair-gates at the top and bottom of the stairs are provided.
Towels are available for hire at £5 per guest but not for beach use.
Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
