Situated half a mile outside Cardigan Town and near Cardigan Bay, this very pretty little holiday cottage nestles in a dip on the road from Cardigan to Llechryd and the Teifi Valley.

There are numerous places of interest to visit close-by including the Cardigan Wildlife Centre, Mwnt beach, Poppit Sands as well as Aberporth and New Quay where there are resident dolphins.

Cardigan Town has a castle, good range of pubs, eateries, shops, galleries and an excellent theatre/cinema.

The cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family and for dogs as there is almost an acre of grounds to explore at the rear with  sloped grass and woodland areas to enjoy.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

Entrance is into a small hallway and through to the DINING ROOM which has an open fire, oak dining table with 4 chairs and a comfy arm chair.

The galley KITCHEN has a range of fitted units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

A door leads from the kitchen to the rear garden and kennel area.

The SITTING ROOM has a logburning stove, comfy seating for 4, a Welsh dresser, TV with Sky Plus & Kids & Home and Leisure package, DVD and occasional tables.

The ground floor BATHROOM has a suite of bath, WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Upstairs there are two bedrooms.

Stairs lead into BEDROOM 1 which is spacious and characterful; it is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and wardrobe and has a TV with Sky and DVD.

A door leads directly into BEDROOM 2 from the master bedroom and has a set of 3' bunk beds with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

All the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival and towels are included.

Garden and Parking

The garden amounts to about 1 acre of sloped grounds with mature trees and shrubsand open natural areas.

A table, chairs and barbecue are provided.

There is off road parking for up to 4 cars.

Other Information

Oil central heating is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £25 per week at all other times, please leave your payment in the cottage.  

One complimentary basket of logs for is supplied for the fire.

A travel cot, highchair and stair gate are available on request.

WiFi is available.

No smoking in the property.

Towels are included in the rental.

Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome and there is an old enclosed outside kennel should you wish to leave your pets whilst you go out.
